Villa Smeraldo

The house is a two-family villa; it is located in a newly built complex located about 5 km from the center of Golfo Aranci, very well kept and with a panoramic view of the sea.
On the ground floor you enter a large living room with TV corner, which leads to the patio, covered and closed by a panoramic window, with kitchenette and outdoor barbecue.The rooms consist of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, both with shower.
The lower basement floor, with separate access, is however very bright thanks to a large "wolf's mouth", accessible from the large double room with extra pouf-bed. For our guests there is also a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The garden in typical Sardinian style and the large infinity pool with sinuous shapes allow you to experience the outside of the villa in complete relaxation, providing our guests with a truly exciting 270 ° panorama. A large solarium gives access to the swimming pool with a small beach and two separate verandas where you can relax with a good book, in total privacy.
Away from the house (for even more privacy) you will also find a pergola with a double swing overlooking Tavolara.
The villa with private pool is for the exclusive use of guests.
There are countless beaches within walking distance, or in 5/10 minutes by car: Cala Sassari, Spiaggia Bianca, Cala Delfino, Sos Aranzos, Cala Sabina, Cala Moresca, and the beaches of the Gulf of Marinella; all with the possibility of parking.
The center of Golfo Aranci is 5 km away, while Porto Rotondo is 15 km away; Olbia and the airport are about 20 km away. In the surrounding area you can also discover numerous bars and restaurants, 2 of which are within walking distance.
