Oude Deel #1 is located in the old part as first in line. The apartment has a spacious living room, bathroom, kitchen and very spacious bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your own meals in the apartment. There is a dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave and of course a dishwasher.

Extra bed can be placed for child/baby for 7,50 p/night (max 1)

T-Tax is 1.50 p/p p/n as a Deposit of 250,- EUR due on arrival before check-in

Oude Deel #1 is located in the old part as first in line. The apartment has a spacious living room, bathroom, kitchen and very spacious bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your own meals in the apartment. There is a dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave and of course a dishwasher.
The spacious bedroom has two single box spring beds. Possibly an extra bed can be placed for a child (up to 16 years).
There is a TV with cable reception from KPN Digitenne. There is also of course WIFI present.
The terrace outside faces south here you can enjoy the view and sun until late.

This place is so beautiful, clean, quiet and takes you to one of the sweetest Dutch towns I’ve ever visited. Mona is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating.

Fantastic farm stay for the family!

This farm stay was the perfect place to get away from big city accommodation. The apartment was large with plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen was great for home cooked meals and cycling into Boskoop for groceries was so much fun. Outside was a great playground, ride on cars and bikes to borrow. The animals were also very friendly! Unless you plan on cycling 10’s of kilometres everywhere than a car is definitely required. Our only complaints would be due to the high humidity in this area a fan of some sort would have made sleeping a lot more comfortable and the kitchen was missing some basic items such as an oven, cooking oil and dish soap. We definitely had a great stay and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Quiet comfortable and clean in boskoop

my wife and I stayed at this residence from May 9-20 2016. The property is situated on a quiet back road with ample room to take walks along the many canals and see, smell and hear all the wonderful sights of farm life. The property is about a 5 minute drive to the center of Boskoop where you can buy your groceries for the stay. We found it a challenge to park as the lifestyle (healthy) is to ride your bicycle to town and ride it back with your food. The apartments at Mona's (the proprietor) residence are just perfect. We had a unit with 2 EXTREMELY comfortable beds a clean bathroom, kitchen and ample space in the sitting area with cable TV. We were greeted by a smile and welcomed by Mona upon arrival. There is plenty of parking, easy access to all major routes and plenty of smiles by everyone who is there staying at the residence. If Mona ran another residence elsewhere Id stay there too. Thank you Mona again for a wonderful stay. Our best to you, Jos and your family and of course to your 2 beautiful dogs

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Wohnung liegt in sehr guter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die benachrichtigen Städte. Umgebung schön, in ruhiger Lage ideal zum Erholen. Gerne wieder.

Alles da was man braucht, für die Kinder ein Spielplatz und auch Tiere zum ansehen/ streicheln. Insgesamt sehr ordentlich. Abstellmöglichkeit für eigene Fahrräder vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett!

Ein wunderbarer Fahrradurlaub in "het groene hart"

Ein schöner Urlaub auf dem Anwesen von Mona und Jos. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Ein schönes Anwesen und sehr liebe, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Landschaft ist für Fahrradtouren traumhaft und die Niederländer immer hilfsbereit und feundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, selbst Den Haag, Rotterdam Utrecht und Leiden sind mit dem Rad als Tagestour gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder

Great vacation near Amsterdam.

Wonderful farm, pastoral and quiet location, close to Amsterdam and main attractions nearby. We really enjoyed it, the owners of the place are kind, very nice people.

Bel appartement avec terrasse, très bien placé pour découvrir la Hollande

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Appartement avec sa terrasse, bien équipé, linge de maison fourni. Environnement verdoyant, calme, très apaisant. Jeux pour enfants. Très bien situé pour visiter Rotterdam, la Haye, Amsterdam, Dordrecht... À 8-9 km de l'autoroute. Le centre de Boskoop, à deux km, est facile d'accès à vélo pour faire ses courses. Beaucoup de pistes cyclables au départ de l'appartement. Possibilité d'emprunter gratuitement des vélos.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Gegend, ideal für Fahrradurlauber.

FEWO ist ideal für Menschen, die Erholung suchen, sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen dörflichen Umgebung. Ideal geeignet ist sie für Menschen, die per Fahrrad die nähere Umgebung entdecken möchten. Sehr gut ausgebautes Fahrradnetz. In der FEWO leider sehr wenig Infomaterial, besonders in Deutsch. Kein deutscher Fernsehsender erreichbar, aber WLAN Empfang auf der Terasse möglich.

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut und sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, diese Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Auch die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto und mit dem Fahrrad kann man viele Städte leicht erreichen. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und unser Urlaub war schön.

très belle prestation, calme et qualité

La location est conforme au descriptif et aux photos, très propre bien placée et idéale avec des enfants. La campagne est magnifique et on est à 30 minutes d'Amsterdam, La Haye ( pour la mer) et tout proche de Gouda. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et Christina a été très accueillante.

La Hollande comme on en rêve

Gîte bien aménagé et bien situé pour visiter les lieux touristiques (Gouda, Leyden, Delft, La Haye, Amsterdam...). La campagne autour est superbe. Une seule chambre pour 3 mais elle est grande. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout : café , gâteaux, liquide vaisselle, linge de maison, lessive pour le lave linge... Accueil plus que sympathique, grande gentillesse des propriétaires. Je retiens l'adresse pour y revenir ou pour la donner à mes amis

Nice place to stay for visit Holland

Very nice and well furnished apartment. The owner were very kindly. The description on the web site is really realistic. We used this apartment, that is located not so far from the major cities, to visit the most famous places in Holland. Also the village Boskoop is really nice and quite with all needed shops and market. We are a family of 3 people and we really suggest it for a vacation in this area.

A very nice place to stay in

The place is quiet, the landscape wonderful with water, flowers and animals everywhere. The apartment is clean and well furnished, we had to sleep the entire family in the same room but it was big enough. Children had games outside to play with. A very nice place if you want to visit Holland with children: major cities are not far, and you can rest at night in a very peaceful area. A French family

Jos and Mona Vermeulen took over the farm in 2012. The apartments were already present at that time. In 2013 we have continued the rental of the apartments with great enthusiasm. We now try to give our own twist to the whole, in terms of design. We have built apartment #7 in 2016. Apartments #8 and #9 are realised in 2022. our goal is to make everyone feel welcome and have a great holiday.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Christinahoeve is a beautiful old farmhouse with a great view on the meadows. Yet we are very centrally located. The highway can be reached in about five minutes. Through which you can reach all major cities in about 30 minutes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht can be reached in about 30 minutes. It is a perfect base for your vacation. You can visit us in the area beautiful cycling and walking, but we are also very central to various attractions. But we are also a great location for business trips. Our apartments are warm and homey, so you do not have to stay in a hotel room in the evening, but you can enjoy watching TV or reading and when the weather is nice you can sit on the terrace in front of your apartment until the late hours. In addition, there is free wifi connection everywhere. Wich is working good when used basic. When a lot of people are uploading films or playing games quality decreases.

Our old farmhouse still has many of the authentic details. For example, in the apartments on the part the old support beams are still visible. And in the haystack the old stable windows come back again. The view is great. Whether you look from your terrace or enjoy a glass of wine on a summerevening everywhere you look on the pastures. The children can play, there is a trampoline, slide swing and of course there are the animals. We also have several bicycles and a go-kart to play with.
