Station Side Penthouse, a warm and welcoming 2 bedroom City Centre apartment situated just a stone’s throw from Wolverhampton Train Station. This modern, newly refurbished luxury penthouse apartment is located on the third floor of a 4 storey tower block. Private and secure free parking is provided.
The apartment boasts two bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a plush King size bed with comfy duvets and pillows along with a spacious en-suite with large shower cubicle, soft fluffy white towels, bedroom 2 is kitted out with two single beds with comfy duvets and pillows.
Both bedrooms have a 32 inch Smart TV featuring the latest 4K & HD technology plus Netflix, YouTube etc. Free and fast WIFI is provided.
There is also a generous house bathroom with large bath and overhead shower.
The main living space is light and airy with large floor to ceiling windows, this also provides access to the outdoor wrap around balcony offering fantastic night time views of the city’s skyline. The lounge has a comfy sofa ideal for enjoying a film or two on the 55 inch Smart TV featuring the latest 4K & HD technology plus Netflix, YouTube etc.
The sofa also folds out to provide a double bed sleeping area for two further guests. Please confirm this at the time of booking in order for bedding arrangements to be made

A noise and damage deposit is to be paid directly to the host via bank transfer (business account). ID verification must be provided to the hosts directly.
For 1 night bookings the deposit is £250 for longer stays the deposit is £150. Once the booking is confirmed the host will contact you for payment of the deposit which is required in advance of check-in. The deposit is refunded subject to no damage and no noise alerts after check-out.
This apartment is fitted with an external ring doorbell and a party prevention/noise regulation device.

Great location, comfortable apartment. Easy Check In and Out.

Well appointed Apartment in a great location - virtually everything is walkable and the Aldi opposite is so convenient. Team are very quick to respond. Very easy check in and check out. Would strongly recommend, and would stay here again.

Convenient Wolverhampton Location

Very convenient location in the center of Wolves, 10 minutes walk to the center and easy access to the ring road. With the Aldi across the street it is good for getting things for dinner etc. The check in is quite complicated with every guest needing to be checked in kind of like a flight. The apt itself is not in the building pictured it is behind in an apt block, but it is very nice and comfortable. For us as a family touring the country we would have like a dryer as well and a dishwasher but overall a great spot.
