Clean apartment in a great location walking distance from the city centre . Perfect for a weekend away with friends.

Excellent location & clean, spacious apartment

The apartment was spacious and clean with one bedroom heading a double and single bed, and the 2nd bedroom with one double. The amenities were helpful with all the crockery and cutlery required. A shop was just around the corner for essentials. The check in process was a bit annoying being at a petrol station but wasn't the end of the world. We did feel a bit restricted in regards to not being able to have visitors due to there being CCTV at the front door, which I found made us feel on edge and not being able to relax. Very close to town though and the gay village and to other areas of Birmingham. Free parking in the carpark was useful and secure. Would have been useful to have more spare keys available as we had to allocate one person to have the keys and plan when we would be home, which isn't ide when sharing with friends.

Sorry to hear that key collection was annoying for you. KeyNest is the smartest and most convenient way for us, and for our guests, to collect and handover keys. The location is only 2 minutes away from the apartment, by car. And being a convenience store guests can also pick up snacks etc. The smart cam (not CCTV) intermittently monitors the front door, and is for your safety as well as ours. It is not in view of any private spaces. There is no audio. And, it is also there to ensure guests do not breach the rules by inviting undeclared visitors (ie non-paying guests). Which you unfortunately did during your stay! All the above is noted in our listing. So it is unfortunate that you were not aware prior to booking. We really appreciate constructive feedback - as our apartment sleeps up to 5 guests, we will in future provide more than one set of door keys. Thank you!

Our apartment is centrally located and is what people are looking for during these trying times. As well as being spacious there is outdoor space of communal gardens on the grounds of Park Central.
