This well presented 3 bedroom villa is in a private cul de sac and is set in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the heart of Protaras and its beautiful sandy beaches.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room area features a large comfortable leather corner sofa and widescreen TV with satellite. The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you will require during your self-catering stay.
The ground floor also has a twin bedroom complete with shower and a separate WC.

Upstairs on the landing is a dressing area with large mirror and hairdryer. You will find the other 2 bedrooms on this floor, one twin and one double and the family bathroom with shower and tub.

The large well maintained garden features a private pool, barbecue, WC, outside dining area, separate seating area and sun loungers making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday with family and friends.

Enjoying a late October break in sunny Cyprus

A great villa with everything you need it’s near the bars and clubs but far away so you don’t hear the pub noise the villas was spacious air con worked bell the pool is large and deep at one end 6 sunbeds around the pool bbq worked And was clean although a bit old played table tennis and was fun also the table football was a great additions fun villa in a great location The villa is a bit older than it looks but we had a fantastic stay there

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties, as well as rent them, we saw a huge gap in the rental market, as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas. With such a wide range of villas, Imagine Villa Rentals is able to accommodate you, no matter how big your group.

Imagine Villa Rentals thrives on good customer service and listening to our guests, which is why approximately 50% of our business comes from repeat clients and recommendations, which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company, however, is perfect, which is why we are always striving to improve things for our property owners and guests, so any feedback we receive is very welcome and always taken seriously.
