This fantastic 1 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Ayia Napa. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and resort centre with an abundance of restaurants and shops. The Ayia Napa square is less than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is the perfect choice if you want to be close to all the amenities of the resort, without the need for transport.
The ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool area is modern, spacious and fully furnished with everything required for a comfortable stay. It features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The bedroom has 2 single beds which can be pushed together if required and there is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is also a sofa bed available meaning the sleeping capacity is 3.
Free WI-FI and TV are available and the apartment has air-conditioning throughout. Outside you will be able to make full use of the communal pool.
Overall, a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a superb central location ideal for a fun-filled holiday.

Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas. With such a wide range of villas, Imagine Villa Rentals is able to accommodate you, no matter how big your group.
Imagine Villa Rentals thrives on good customer service and listening to our guests, which is why approximately 50% of our business comes from repeat clients and recommendations, which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company, however, is perfect, which is why we are always striving to improve things for our property owners and guests, so any feedback we receive is very welcome and always taken seriously.
