Lovely house

Communication is fast and flawless. Perfect accommodation for relaxation. Spacious spaces, cleanliness. Orange juice, milk and bottled drinking water were waiting for us in the fridge. The garden is not big, but very cozy. We loved being here.

Close enough but not too close

Property is well located 10 mins walk from a choice of beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. It's close enough for access, but far enough away not to hear any noise. Host is very friendly and helpful; any issues were quickly resolved. Patio does get the sun and is private.

Disappointing overall- we will not be booking this villa again. Positive: The villa was clean (though furnishings were worn and/or dated) nice bedding and beds, plenty of storage and supplied with generous amount of cleaning materials and toilet rolls. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to local shops and approx 15 minutes to the beach/harbour.Nice washing machine- though the instructions are in Greek- translation is available in Villa booklet.Negative:Although the villa was supposed to sleep 4 people- there was a lack of crockery/ utensils/towels to serve that number- although there were 5 frying pans!Villa was quite noisy due to neighbours and nearby road.- garden area of the villa was run down and housed a dusty car under a tarpaulin. Safety issues with broken smoke detector and burnt out socket.
Villa was next to shabby houses and not what we expected. Neighbours had 3 dogs who kept barking at all times.
Some garden furniture was broken/didn't match

Garden area around the villa was small- especially as car parked in front of front door.

Rather picky - overall. Normally we have 6 pieces of everything, following your check out we will carry out an inventory to ensure our service level is maintained. A smoke detector is not declared on this web site for our listing therefore not a requirement by guests nor is a safety issue. We will investigate the other item you have observed and replace repair where necessary.

Not what expected

The pictures do not represent of what the house was actually looking. Most of the things are destroyed and the house needs a very good renovation. Especially the air conditions need to be changed urgently as they are falling apart. Would not recommend it for holidays unless the house is renovated.

All air conditioning units have been replaced. Require more detail reference to the wording "destroyed" and "falling apart"

La casa esta limpia y es ideal para 4 personasui

Los sofas camas eran un poco incomodos, por eso preferiblemente para 4 personas y no mas.. tuvimos problemas para encontrar el alojamiento y la mujer que se encargaba de el no nos dio indicaciones claras,la primera noche nos quedamos sin luz y tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado..hasta el siguiente dia que vino el tecnico. La ubicacion es buena si tienes coche
