This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has a corner sofa, a widescreen TV with a Full UK satellite and dining table seating 6 persons. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda. There is another double room and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub on this floor.
Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
Satellite TV and free WI-FI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.
Overall this is a great villa option for families and groups of friends, looking for a luxury property within easy reach of the beach and resort centre.
