Le Vignal complet, beautiful spacious house with private pool in the Ardèche

A very quiet and beautifully situated, spacious vacation home for 10 people. The property consists of two units: one (Vignal 1) for 6 people and the adjacent unit (Vignal 2) for 4 people. During peak season, the property is rented out only as a whole.
Both units feature a spacious living room with a sitting area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Vignal 1 has 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds measuring 160×200, as well as a crib, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Vignal 2 has 2 bedrooms (1 with a 180×200 box spring and 1 with a 140×200 box spring), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The home has internet and TV Vlaanderen.
There is a lockable bike shed, which also houses a washing machine.
You have access to a private 10-by-5-meter swimming pool, and from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. The pool is open from June 1 through September 30.

Superbe soirée au bord de la piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne Ardéchoise. Équipements complets de la maison et environnement très calme. Très bon séjour en famille.

Lieu calme très bel environnement belle piscine

Séjour très agréable et magnifique vue. Quelques problèmes pour trouver la maison car les coordonnées GPS envoyées n’étaient pas les bonnes. Dommage également que nous ayons eu un mail du propriétaire menacant de prélèver la caution pour tapage nocturne qui ne provenait pas de notre location. Pas de retour non plus du propriétaire après avoir signalé cette erreur.Néanmoins le contact sur place était à l’écoute et à bien su régler les problèmes .

Bonjour Valerie, Merci pour vos remarques positives ! Je vous ai envoyé par mail le 29/07/21 le numéro de contact sur place, la fiche maison, l'itinéraire et un document avec les visites touristiques. Je ne sais pas de qui vous avez reçu les coordonnées GPS mais c'était pas nous. Cet été nous avons acceulli plusieurs groupes de jeunes, qui ont fêté et fait beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons reçu des nombreuses plaintes de nos voisins. Notre contact sur place nous a signalé une nouvelle plainte le jour de votre arrivée et le mail était pour prévoir de problèmes. Heureusement vous avez bien réagi. Nous commes propriétaire n'ont pas l'habitude d'envoyer des mails parce que Wendy règle tous pour nous sur place et le fait très bien. Néanmoins nous sommes heureux que vous avez passés des bonnes vacances !
