Echegaray IV apartment in Madrid
This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes, and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide culinary offering, with international restaurants and traditional quality tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all comforts.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a beautiful renovated building equipped with a spacious and modern lift. Decorated with design furniture inspired by the 1950s and well-chosen iconic piece replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled by home automation in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decoration, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, bring warmth to the environment.
With capacity for 8 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom and window overlooking the patio; the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the inner terrace. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.
The dining room has direct access to the inner terrace and is equipped with two double sofa beds. The independent kitchen has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
A bathroom has a large shower and another has a comfortable bathtub.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Works will be carried out in the storage rooms of the building, this will affect the apartments to the least possible extent. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Our accommodation is located in one of the liveliest and most characterful areas of the city, surrounded by a wide range of bars, restaurants and venues that bring the neighbourhood to life, especially as night falls. Its privileged location will allow you to move around easily and have the best that the city has to offer just a few steps away: culture, gastronomy, entertainment and much more.
As it is such a dynamic environment with a lot of activity, it is possible that some ambient noise may be perceived, especially during weekends. It is the ideal place for those who enjoy the urban atmosphere and want to be in the centre of everything.
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
