This charming 58m² apartment is conveniently located near several popular attractions in Madrid, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a puul out perfect for enjoying your meals. The space is bright and cozy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has bunk beds. All beds come with linens.

The bathroom includes clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your convenience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor. It is accessible by means of a small lift, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it requires a few steps to reach it. You can also use the stairs

Located in the heart of Madrid, This property is surrounded by several notable attractions. Just a short walk away is the Plaza Mayor, a historic square known for its impressive architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Nearby, the Mercado San Miguel offers a taste of local cuisine in a lively market setting. Additionally, the Almudena Cathedral, with its modern interior and rich history, is within easy reach.

For dining options, the area boasts a variety of esteemed establishments. El Anciano Rey de los Vinos, a family-run tavern since 1909, offers traditional Spanish dishes and drinks in a classic setting. Another notable spot is Mesón del Champiñón, renowned for its delectable garlic mushrooms and authentic atmosphere.

This property is well-served by public transportation. The nearest metro station is Sol, approximately a 5-minute walk away, where you can access lines M-1, M-2, and M-3. Additionally, the La Latina station, serving line M-5, is also about a 5-minute walk from Calle Mayor.

Several bus lines operate in the vicinity, including routes 133, 146, 150, 2, 32, and 65, with stops near Calle Mayor. The Palacio Real bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, providing convenient access to various parts of the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
