Layout

The entrance is into the first floor that consists of an open plan
kitchen, living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a
twin) and a bathroom. Sliding patio doors to the main terrace overlook
the pool. Ground Floor (with a separate entrance): Air-conditioned open
plan living/kitchen/ area. There is also a segregated double
air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom. The villa also has free WiFi
internet.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
