Overview
Villa Emilios is located in Kalami, Corfu. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 6
people with 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(South-West Facing) with barbecue and Sea views.
Layout

The lobby is where you'll find the entrance. The living room, dining
area, and kitchen are all on this level, as well as an air-conditioned
twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A master double bedroom with an
en suite bath/Jacuzzi and a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room
are located on the first level. On this level, you may also access a
wide sea view balcony with dining furniture. In the basement, there is
a games room with table tennis, as well as a laundry room.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, ornamental fireplace, dining area,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Villa Emilios has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

The villa offers a breathtaking view. The house is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully furnished. The terrace with pool is magnificent. Unfortunately, the kitchen is rather sparsely equipped. Important utensils (such as scissors) were missing, so we often had to improvise. Some of the kitchen appliances, room doors and beds are in need of some renovation or replacement.

Loved the villa. Location and pool perfect but as in other reviews we were disappointed with the lack of provisions. No milk, not much toilet paper. No toiletries, no basics like salt, pepper, oil or sugar etc etc. All other rentals we have used have all provided the above and more. It cost us a lot to purchase all these necessary items.

Stunning Villa, Great Experience, Shortage of Hot Water

Truly a majestic view of the Ionian Sea and coastlines with sunrise to sunset southern exposure, including the city lights of Corfu after dark. The villa is highly maintained and absolutely clean, inside and out. The pool was crystal clear. We enjoyed the remoteness from the city of Corfu and the quiet, visually private location. The nearby village of Kassiopi had excellent markets and a bakery. A couple irritating issues (why 4 stars) were that the villa lacked hot water for most of our stay. We managed to get only about 4 hot-water showers in 8 days. Also, for a property of this value, amenities were scarce. They provided 1 dishwasher cube for 8 days, no laundry soap, no extra TP rolls, etc. BYO on the basics. However, we enjoyed the overall experience by far and would return without a doubt.

The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. The villa was clean, spacious, and private, and we couldnt ask for a better location. If you are looking for sea views, sun, blue skies, and time for yourself, Villa Emilios is where you need to be. Perfect location even perfect sea views! The nearest beach (Kalami Beach), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for swimming, and snorkeling. You need to drive only 10 minutes to go to Kassiopi, where are placed a wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches... While we are there, we tried great Greek specialties there (Dolmades, Moussaka, Souvlaki, Taramasalata). We had the most wonderful holiday ever! We are coming back for sure.

The Villa Emilios and Kalami made our holiday memorable! The place is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: swimming in the pool, having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends. There are many excellent beaches nearby. Agni Bay is only a 10-minute drive. A nice holiday overall. We will be returning.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect sea views from the terrace. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool is very clean. The views from the terrace over the sea were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. Most of our time we spend at Agni and Kerasia beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Lastly, thank you Agni Travel for organizing a perfect holiday. Everything was excellent.

You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy at the most beautiful Villa you could imagine. The Villa Emilios and Kalami made our holiday perfect! The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Kalami very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. While there, we loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. We also visited Kassiopi, Nissaki, and Agios Stefanos a couple of times. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Kalami and Agni beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

WOW !!!!!! That describes our experience with Villa Emilios and Agni Travel. It was clean (a must for us). It was just like the pictures show. We would open the sliding doors first thing each morning to let those ocean breezes blow in. So refreshing!!! We really enjoyed the lawn furniture right outside our door and the pool. I had the opportunity to speak with Richard on the phone and he was very helpful with everything we have needed. We were happy to just sit by the water and watch boats go by but there are also a bunch of restaurants and bars nearby where we could enjoy the greatest sunsets. Such an amazing spot for our holiday! We hope we will be able to book it again when we go back to Corfu!

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in the beautiful village of Kalami. Villa Emilios boasts spectacular views over the bay, great for yacht watching! The restaurants and tavernas are super, there is lots of choice and boat taxis will take you to neighboring tavernas in adjacent bays. Villa Emilios is a spacious, well equipped villa, great for older children & teenagers. The pool is lovely and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is very good. With a bit of updating this villa could be really cool, a car is essential and the drive up to the villa is not for the faint hearted! However the views are worth it all. A welcome pack on arrival would be a perfect extra considering the drive down to the supermarket especially after some hours traveling. An option even to pay for a basic grocery delivery would have been well received. We felt the offering of one small bottle of water in the fridge was a little stingy for a family of five. All in all we had a fabulous holiday in Corfu, we were received with warmth and friendly hospitality wherever we went. There is plenty to do and explore in and around Kalami but a car is essential for a stay at Villa Emilios. Christian

Just perfect - the villa is the right choice for families or a group of friends, but make sure you rent a car to reach the house and, of course, to see the beautiful island (although the view from the villa is already the best). The villa is in a fantastic location with stunning views. The outside areas are great - the pool was very clean and a good number of loungers and other garden furniture is provided. The interior rooms are a good size, but their quality does not match that of the exterior. The bathrooms are a little tired. In the kitchen, there is more than enough crockery, cutlery and glasses provided - no complaints there at all. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a decent sized frying pan, spatula and ice-trays. A couple of cold beers on arrival wouldnt have gone amiss either! Overall, its a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it. However, I have stayed in a number of villas where the attention to detail inside has been better.

Great week here, and a fantastic villa, there are many pluses, but small touches are missing. The amount of crockery and cutlery woul be a problem for 6 people living in the villa. Also disappointed with lack of a welcome pack and the basics ie no salt and pepper, sugar sachets, and no ice tray to make ice cubes. A villa sign at the entrance to the villa on the road would be very helpful.

We found everything just like the photos: the house was clean, the living room spaciuos, the bedrooms well furnished and the kitchen quite well equipped.
