into the lounge area. Inside, there is an open plan kitchen, dining,
and living area with access to the terrace and pool. There are three
bedrooms: double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, twin bedroom
with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom
with shower. Outside, there is a large porch with patio furniture next
to the private swimming pool with sea and country side views. There is
also a barbecue and pergola.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There
are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Heaven has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
