Luxury District Apartment

ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT for up to 4 people near Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, in Via della Vigna Nuova: a prestigious street for fashion designer shops. The historical building dates back to the 17th century and inside the apartment boasts frescoed ceilings and few authentic pieces of art from our family collection: the bedroom wooded door, hand water color paintings and cushions.
The building has an elevator that requires 23 steps to reach (with handrail). The apartment is extremely quiet and has lots of natural lights and a pretty balcony.

Extremely convenient location

Gabriel who greet us was very helpful. Very close by at least 2 great restaurants La spada and trattoria marionette both recommend by Gabriel try the osomboca at trattoria and house chanting for 16 per bottle as advertised very very close to Ufizzie gallery be sure to see basically st croche resting place of divinchie Galileo machavio and more you will recognize

Amazing

We lived this apartment. It was in a great location and walking distance to lots to see and places to eat and the shopping district. Gabriel was super at check in and gave some wonderful advice as to things to see as highlights during our stay. We definately would recommend this apartment to stay in if you are in Florence. Wonderful stay in a cozy apartment

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay - super clean, very cozy and silent(we were right in the heart of the city); Was very nice to have breakfast on the terrace.

Experience Florence like a local!

Everything about our stay was delightful and easy. Laura made sure we had the information we needed and was very responsive. Gabriel was so helpful at check in getting us settled and oriented with useful information. His recommendations were great and excitement for his hometown contagious. He was patient and kind despite our exhaustion after an epic travel day. We love staying in an apartment to really get a feel for a place and this apartment did not disappoint. It’s the perfect location... quiet, and charming, perfectly curated with everything you will need, and central to every place you will want to visit. Our favorite feature was the little outdoor deck for afternoon wine and a little rest. Book now!

EXCELLENT LOCATION

Perfectly located, easy access to all of Florence. Easy to get in an out but it is a 3rd floor walk-up. Comfortable, however the shower is slightly smaller than most we have experienced in Italy. Very clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the time there and the house guardian, Gabriel, was excellent, friendly and very helpful on where to go and when.

GABRIEL as always is a great help only downside the tiniest elevator starts on the second floor. Other than that the flat is very comfortable.

Great find within easy walking distance to all of the major attractions!

We had a wonderful short stay at this apartment. It was clean and nice and the internet worked perfectly. It was comfortable, clean and quiet and a really nice place to stay. The location was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved This Apt!

We were so happy staying at this apt! It was very comfortable, clean and loved that it had old world characteristics. Fresco on the ceiling, French doors off the bedroom, just loved eveything about it. It even had a cute little elevator which I was thrilled about since I had some mobility problems. Laura & Serena were great communicating back & forth prior to our visit and Michele was fantastic on arrival. He met us when we arrived, helped us upstairs with the heavy lifting of our luggage, spent a lot of time giving us info on the beautiful city he loves, it was great advice which helped us so much. We loved Florence, we loved the apt, we were sad to leave and hope to go back one day to visit again. If you book this apt for your trip you will be so happy you did! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of us. Debra & Michael

Superbly situated and well furnished apartment

My wife and I spent a delightful 3 weeks in Florence, basing ourselves in this very well-situated apartment. It is approximately 50 meters from the Strozzi Palace and the smartest shopping street in Florence. We found the apartment to be well and tastefully furnished, and everything (wifi, washing machine, hot water heater, air conditioning) worked well. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but functional. Overall, we thought the rental was an exceptional value. It's hard to imagine a better location from which to explore Florence. The only disappointments were having to share the small terrace with the pigeons and the lack of a street view (the apartment is oriented towards a narrow interior air space, which provides adequate natural lighting). The owner (Laura) and her associate (Serena) were very helpful whenever a need arose.

Thank you for a perfect stay!

Thank you Laura for making our honeymoon so special at your apartment in Via de Macci. What a location! We were a little concerned about the distance to the main sites but in reality the centre of the city is compact and rather small so the location was so convenient to reach any place to visit within a short walk. The neighborhood is such a pearl with artisan shops, laundry just down the street and the fab food market where we dine nearly every day! We will be back! Mandy & Peter

We would return again. High quality furnishings and fittings Very clean. Laura was easy to contact and meeting to get key went smoothly. The front door from a lovely central street great fun. Comfortable and great location.

We had a wonderful time in Florence. It started when we sailed through the airport as our two bags were first and second on the baggage carousel. That meant we were at the property slightly early but Laura (the owner) and her English speaking friend were already outside waiting to let us in and show us the apartment. The flat has a very small bathroom and a small kitchen together with a good sized bedroom and sitting room and even a small outside space - all very comfortable. And what a great location. It's a two to three minute walk to the Piazza della Repubblica so easy walking to all the main attractions. We would very happily stay again.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed this wonderful apartment! The location is absolutely perfect for walking anywhere in the city which is what makes Florence so attractive. It is close to fantastic eateries and restaurants, and great shopping, too. Everything is within walking distance! The apartment was also perfectly set up for us. The large bed is extremely comfortable and for just two, we did not use the sleep sofa. We made use of the small kitchen for a light breakfast before heading out for the day or snacks later in the evening. With the variety of food available in the city, we took full advantage of not really cooking on this trip! The air conditioning was much appreciated after a busy day out and we slept well. The authentic warm, Florentine decor was very inviting. Beautiful experience! Thank you, Laura, for helping to make our trip so memorable!

This property is a gem! Located in the center of old Firenze, it was the perfect base for our stay. We literally walked everywhere since it was right there in the middle of it all! The apartment was neat and clean and decorated with some antiques - in my mind I felt like a local staying there. Laura was a sweet and gracious host. Do not hesitate one moment to book this jewel!!

This apartment is a true gem right in the center of historic Firenze. All of the "must sees" are within walking distance from this location. The apartment was very clean, charming and decorated with antiques - in my mind I felt like a local for three days during our stay. Laura was a gracious and helpful host. You should not hesitate to rent this place!

This is a true gem! It is located right in the center of old Firenze. Everything is right outside your door. My husband and I walked to all the "must sees" from this location. The apartment was very neat and clean and decorated with some antiques. Laura is a sweet, gracious host. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again sometime.
