Perfect flat for our family, since it sleeps 6. Situated in a lovely area of Florence with great restaurants and easy access to cultural sites. Fantastic to have air conditioning and a terrace.

The Apartment was a good size, and clean. It provided most of what we needed.However, I felt they lacked a welcoming feel. We have stayed in many rental properties over the last few years. This one provided no homey feel, no nice touches to make guests feel welcome.If you are going to rent to guests, it would be nice to have a basket of a couple coffee pods or tea bags for your first morning. There were no napkins, no paper towels, not even a dish rag to wipe the counters. We were given special instructions on how to jiggle the key so the door lock would work…? A guest shouldn’t be worried if the key will work in the door. The Apartment seemed clean, however the sofa had stains on it, we didn’t even want to sit on it. The living room was very plain, lacked any personality. The host was not helpful at all. I asked for assistance with booking a taxi and was told they don’t usually do that, we were provided a taxi number to message via What’s App, they never responded. We asked for a recommendation on restaurants in the area, we were told they don’t do that? We booked this Apartment because there was a last minute issue with our initial booking. We probably wouldn’t have normally booked this one. It was ok, but wouldn’t book again.

Lovely apartment in Florence. We found the rooftop outdoor terrace useful. Close to Pritti Palace & Boboli gardens. Approx 25 mins walk Into the centre. Clean and functional and cool during a warm spell. Be mindful there are a fair few stairs to climb up to the apartment.

Many messages from Vrbo, email, and WhatsApp, making communication more difficult than it needs to be. Doors/locks get stuck, which can be frustrating. Otherwise, great location and sweet stay!

Great Apartment

Check in was very easy. No elevator is present, so if you have mobility issues, keep in mind there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The Company was very responsive to our needs, quick to reply. Kind and accommodating. The location is a few blocks away from the Pitti Palace and near the back entrances of the Boboli Gardens. Quiet neighborhood with so many restaurants to choose from. Not many tourists around. The grocery store is literally across the street. We found this very handy as we like to cook at least 1 or 2 meals daily. The kitchen was well appointed. I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to be close enough to all of the attractions, but not in the middle of all of the crowds and noise of the tourists. The patio was lovely to sit on to have a meal and watch the sunset and beautiful hillside. There is even a closed in portion, so you can still enjoy the patio if it rains. But be careful with the patio, the door locks when it is closed, so be sure to TAKE THE KEY with you when you step out onto the lovely patio. All in all a wonderful experience.

Confortable, bien équipé, tout se fait à pied Palais Pitti, Centre historique, Petit super-marché. Deux escaliers à monter. Au calme. Une agréable terrasse.
