The property was in a good location but up steep stairs which we were ready for. The bed tables need replacing and the lights need lamp shades. The shower is nice.

This is in no means a reflection on the management team. Very effective and responsive to communication. I understand there is a premium to be paid for staying in the heart of Florence - but come on. Over 400 USD for a place that the front door wouldn't work, the toilet was broken (needed to hand flush and turn off the water when it was full), water to the entire unit was not functioning, bed was not made. Had to pull blankets out of bag on top of kitchen cupboards. Meanwhile - we kept getting communications about - check-out is 10:00AM. Check-out is 10:00AM. Did I mention - check-out is 10:00AM? Don't use too much electricity. Make sure you separate and take out the trash.On a positive note, the property is in the heart of Florence and the AC worked.

Great location in the heart of all the tourist destinations. Tons of dining options close by as well as a produce stand and small grocery store if you prefer to use the kitchen area. I particularly appreciated the accurate description of the stairs - it worked great for us, but would not be a good fit for someone with mobility issues. The check-in process required a video call upon arrival, which was a little challenging because my phone is old and my connection was spotty amidst all those thick stone walls. The owner was great and we were able to get in using What's App texting instead and I had a great signal once connected to the provided wifi.

Host was helpful for locating and accessing the property, as the building numbers are not consecutive. Once located, it was very convenient location to major attractions in Florence, including the best dining. The steep stairs were daunting but manageable. Being an old tower, the stairs were comparable to climbing to the top of the Duomo.

Excellent place, great location and wonderful manager

This is a nice place, if you are ok with climbing up a few floors. The manager is a great guy and went above and beyond to help us when the airline lost our luggage. Great location that is not too far from Saint Mark's square, with a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops and whatever you need within a 5 minute walk. We loved our stay and would stay here again. :)

This was a very cute VRBO. The bed was soo comfy and in an amazing location. Although it was busy in the walkways most of the time, once the windows and shutters were closed, you didn’t notice all the noise so we slept well. The host was great at communicating with us to get the keys as well.
