この施設について

Lovely two bedroom apartment 2 minutes from the Old Course

Access to 9A Pilmour Links is taken through a shared entrance with St Regulus Golf Club with a door from the entrance hall leading to the apartment door at first floor level. Once inside the flat the stairs lead to a half-landing with a newly refurbished shower room.

The stairs continue up to the main landing which has a large cupola above providing excellent natural light to this space. The rest of the apartments rooms are entered of the landing.

The Living Room is a large and bright room with a south facing bay window. The room is generously furnished with ample seating and a separate dining table. It is open plan to the Kitchen which is of modern design and fully equipped with Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and Washer/Dryer.

The Main Bedroom has a king-sized double bed and looks out over rooftops to Hamilton Grand and the sea. It has an en suite bathroom, with a bath and shower over.

The Second Bedroom is next to the Living Room and has a Small double bed.

The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

There is free on street parking available outside the property and there are various alternative parking options nearby.

St Andrews father son golf trip.

Great location, half a block from the Dunvegan and an easy walk to anywhere in town. Accomodations were perfect for my Dad and I. Ample space, comfortable and clean. We could not have asked for more.

I'm sorry to hear that the apartment was noisy at night. This is not something any other guest has mentioned and the main bedroom is at the back of the apartment well away from the street and you are also on the second floor.

Clean and tight

Everything about the property was as advertised and we were thrilled with the flat. This is a 5 star property all the way. We had an amazing stay with the singular exception of an incident beyond the control of anyone. My daughter had been followed home by some guys and I found myself late in the evening dealing with three rowdy drunks that didn’t want to leave. We sincerely hope no one near was too bothered by the scene of the expletive laced tirade directed at your humble guest who calmly tried to diffuse an unpleasant situation. Back to the flat. Beds were comfy, the sitting room spacious, and the kitchen area had everything we needed.

Great location but lots of stairs

Very nice flat. Fantastic location. Be prepared for lots of stairs to lug your luggage up then down but no problem without luggage. This was stated in description. Combo washer/dryer did not work properly. May have been user error but we read the instruction book and still couldn’t get it to run properly. Having enough hot water was an issue. They only heat the hot water tank once overnight which was not enough for 3 showers and laundry or 3 showers and dishwasher. If someone chose to have an evening shower there wasn’t enough hot water. Still would recommend overall. Good size for family of 3 adults incl 1 parent and 2 university students. Bed in 2nd bedroom not big enough for 2 adults. 2 small kids could fit. For us, parent stayed in smaller bed in small bedroom and 2 kids (18 & 22) in lovely master bedroom with ensuite as they would not have fit together in that smaller bed. Would be happy to stay there again. Only reason for not 5 stars was the hot water shortage. For the amount we paid we should have access to hot water all day.

Amanda Thank you for this and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. As you say the property is fully described in the listing and there should be no surprises when you arrive. We clearly state that the second bed is a double and not a king or super king. The washer/dryer was checked by an engineer on your departure and was working normally as it was before and after your visit. We think that the problem was that it may have been overloaded - UK machines don't take as big a load as North American ones! On the subject of the hot water there is a "Boost" function to supply additional hot water if needed and this is explained in the house notes. The Boost function was working on your departure. This effectively gives you a 24 hr supply. In the 3 years we have been letting the apartment no guest has had an issue with hot water. David Fife Cottages

Great location and excellent value for money

Property was located right in the heart of things nearby the old course and beach. Parking right outside or else very close by and always free. Only minor issue was noise of seagulls and birds with windows open at night due to warm weather but suppose that won’t be an issue most of the year round!
