The nature of the environment is fascinating, you have complete privacy because you are surrounded only with olive trees, pine trees and vineyards. Villa Brac is consists of three/four bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen in the house and another summer kitchen on the north terrace with dinning area. It is ideal for families or a group of friends.
Located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the famous Zlatni Rat beach and other small beaches that are along the coast from the house to the Bol center.
Zlatni Rat beach is 900 meter from us... 15 minute walk. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and entertainment and sports facilities are located near the Zlatni Rat beach and the town of Bol.
At the ground floor we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate entrance and without sea view. On the first floor we have living room, one bedroom, one gallery bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom and kitchen. Stairs that connect two floors are open stairs outside of the house.
