Apartment Olimpia benefits from Air conditioning for the hot summer months and a jacuzzi pool .
The apartment is on the ground floor of this beautiful villa which has breathtaking views of the countryside and sea and comprises of Living room with sofa,TV,DVD. The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with modern conveniences. There are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.This is an ideal property for a large family or friends wishing to share.
The garden surrounding the property is approximately 200 sq mts and is fully equipped with garden kitchen, BBQ, sunbeds and a covered shade area where guests can enjoy the stunning views when not out taking in the beautiful Ligurian countryside or enjoying a meal in one of the many seaside restaurants the area has to offer.
The house has 3 private car space.Please do not smoke inside the house thanks

Great seaview, very gentle host

We were there as a family with 6 grown up persons. The first impression in reality was even better than the pictures in the internet. Iole, the host was very gentle and gave us nice tips for side trips. Bakeries, shops and restaurants are down in Imperia (10 minutes by car). A very nice place!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Betreuung durch die "Haushälterin" sehr gut.Allerdings ist das Haus ohne Navi nicht zu finden und der Weg ist auf den letzten 200 Meter sehr steil.Aber insgesamt ist die Lage für Ausflüge, egal ob Städte oder Strände oder auch Wandertouren, sehr gut.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderschöner Ort

Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern, haben 2 Wochen Urlaub gemacht und waren vollstens zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und wir haben jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist auch super. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub an diesem wundervollen Ort. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit

Schöner Familien Urlaub in den Pfingstferien

Sehr entspannt. Fewo sehr sauber. Alles unkompliziert. Wurden mit Kaffee und Prosecco empfangen.( mein Mann bekam ein kaltes Bier) Check in oder Check Out hat alles gut geklappt. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden uns erfüllt ( haben ein Rührgerät benötigt und eine Küchenmaschine für die ganze Woche erhalten) Der Weg zur Wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber nach 2 bis 3 mal fahren hat man den Dreh raus. Unsere Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Frau und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Der Aufenthalt mit der Familie war perfekt.

Super Umschwung

Buchung unkompliziert, tolle Host, sauber, Aussicht und Umschwung sehr schön! Checkin: Wir hatten keine Informationen, wen wir genau kontaktieren können, die Adresse ist ungenau. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Souterin-Wohnung, das war mir vom Inserat her nicht klar. Allerdings war das Wetter so hervorragend, dass wir wenig Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht haben.

Zwei sehr schöne Wohnungen mit tollem Blick

Familienferien in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und bei Bezug sehr sauber. Sie Umgebung ist grosszügig mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill und Whirlpool. Aussicht auf das Meer fantastisch! Iole die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend, liebevoll und immer erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder, können wir sehr empfehlen!

Un séjour idyllique

Un séjour de rêve dans une maison avec une vue époustouflante. La maison est jolie, bien aménagée et parfaitement pourvue. Et quel jardin avec son espace repas/barbecue, son espace détente avec chaises longues...le tout avec une vue à couper le souffle (de jour comme de nuit). Enfin, Iole est discrète, disponible, et une aide précieuse en cas de besoin.

Wunderschöne Lage mit fantastischer Gastgeberin

Iole ist die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je erlebt haben! Sie war jederzeit für uns da, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und empfing uns mit frischen Obst und leckerem Wein. Die Ferienwohnung ist in wunderschöner Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick. Der Whirlpool ist ganz neu und man fühlt sich wie ein Millionär in einer Luxusvilla. Alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind für jeden vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder, nur zu empfehlen!

Das Anwesen ist mega schön gelegen, der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön und alles in allem nur weiter zu empfehlen wenn man gerne etwas privater ist und doch nur wenige fahrminuten vom Meer entfernt sein möchte. Würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.

Außergewöhnlich

Es war mit Abstand der bester Gastgeber den wir in den letzten Jahren gehabt haben! Super gastfreundlich, super Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gepflegt ,sehr ruhige Umgebung mit einem traumhaften Meeres Blick .In allem einfach perfekt . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war jeden EUR wert! Wir werden bald wieder dort buchen.
