Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this authentic rustic villa located in the small town of Maslenica, at the foot of the Velebit mountain. Surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers a perfect harmony of nature and comfort, with a spacious garden, a garden bed with a canopy, a gazebo and a traditional Dalmatian tavern with a fireplace, ideal for cozy evening gatherings. A large 6x3 meter swimming pool will provide refreshment during warm summer days.



The villa consists of two separate two-bedroom apartments connected by external stairs, with a total area of ​​120 m². It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms. A spacious paved courtyard and a covered terrace provide space for relaxation, while a fenced and illuminated 300 m² garden with garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to enjoy the outdoors. Guests also have access to free parking and a lounge set for a complete atmosphere.



The villa is intended exclusively for the private use of guests, while the host lives in a separate house on the plot, ensuring complete privacy.



In the immediate vicinity, you can explore the natural beauty of the Paklenica National Park, visit the fascinating Manita peć cave, and try your hand at hiking on Sveti brdo. For adventurers, Most Maslenica offers a spectacular view of the sea, as well as the possibility of bungee jumping.
