Ladyburn House is a lovely new property furnished to a high standard and is located near the Harbour in Seahouses. The house has views of the sea from the lounge and just a stones throw away from the harbour and town centre

The Property comprises of 4 large bedrooms, lounge/kitchen / Dinner and 2.5 bathrooms over three floor. One twin bedroom two large double and
When entering the property you will go in to the hall way which has three bedrooms and a bathroom leading from it. As you walk along the hall you will firstly come to the twin bedroom with two full size single beds. The you will reach the next bedroom which has a double bed and finally the last bedroom on this floor which is a king-size bedroom with double doors which lead on to a small outside areas with a table and two chairs. At the end of the hall is a family bathroom with a walk in shower, Bath, Basin and WC

On the first floor is a beautiful room housing the large lounge flowing through dining room and kitchen, A cloakroom with a toilet on this floor
There is a Juliette balcony in the dinning area. Where you can enjoy sea views
The kitchen has an electric hob and oven and a dishwasher. Other essetntials such a kettle, toaster and coffee machine are all provided. The washing machine and the microwave are located in a small utility room off the dining area
On the top floor is the master bedroom which as a king-size bed and with en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, Basin and WC

The property if fully equipment with everything you would need for your stay

Lovely house

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for a party of 7 and our dog. Lots of space and in a great location with pubs, shops, harbour, beach all very close by. Would definitely book again.

Great property very close to the harbour.The property could have been cleaner though, there were a lot of dusty surfaces especially skirtings and backs of doors.We really enjoyed our stay though.

Lovely location and great size

We had a lovely stay at this property. We had everything we needed! The beds were really comfy, so we all slept really well! The property was in a perfect location to get to everything! Would definitely stay again!

Family celebration

Great accommodation. Plenty of space. Only ask would have been to have some coffee, tea bags and sugar. Bedding super clean, towels lovely. Location fabulous. We will be back.

Comfortable house excellently located

Ladyburn House provided everything that I and my group of friends could ask for for a short break in Seahouses. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen were first rate. Definitely a place we would like to revisit.

Lovely place to stay

The house was lovely. Well set up for 8 people. It was ideally located, just a short walk into the centre of Seahouses. I would have given 5 stars but under the sofas hadn’t been cleaned for a while. (Toddlers toy rolled under)

Ladyburn house - Fantastic!

We were amazed at how this house opened up once you stepped inside. It had spacious bedrooms and a lovely living/dining/kitchen area with sea views. Seahouses is a great place to stay and we were close to the harbour. Fantastic house for a family get together.

POSITIVES - spacious, comfy beds, good location, good management contact.NEGATIVES - sea view ( a bit a water over a caravan park, sideways, in the distance!!)Outside patio from bedroom, see picture, it was rediculous, nowhere to sit outside. Outside has not been swept for a long long time.

Short break before xmas

Beautiful house in lovely seahouses. Very clean and everything you needed. Close to beach. Parking a big bonus. Would highly recommend. One small problem pillows far to soft otherwise absolutely perfect.

Wonderfully located and spacious property

Ladyburn house is wonderfully located property only a stone throw away from the harbour, beach and the town centre. The house is very spacious with 4 generously sized bedrooms, and a large living area. I loved waking up every morning and drinking a coffee using the provided espresso machine and watching the sea through the Juliet balcony. A big bonus is that parking is provided, but this is quite tight, so may take more than one manoeuvre, but once parked is everything is safe.There are lots of walks and things to do in the area, I would highly recommended a walk to Bamburgh and Beadnell beach and a cruise to see the puffins and grey seals. Northumberland exceeded our expectations topped off by the wonderful property.

Excellent Holiday Home

We have just return from a weekend at Seahouses staying in Ladyburn House it was fantastic. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. We were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us all to have a really good family get together. The location of the house is perfect a few minutes walk from the harbour and local shops. I would certainly recommend staying in this house if you want to visit Seahouses and the surrounding areas.

Lovely Property

Fabulous property. Lovely and clean. Very spacious and central. The beds were comfortable and although centrally located it was very quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the thoughtful welcome basket was a lovely addition. Fabulous hosts. X

Christmas stay

We booked this for Christmas after needing a change of scenery and we were not disappointed. It was like a home from home. Decorated for Christmas , clean and everything we needed to have the perfect family Christmas away. Not to mention we were a stone am throw away from the sea for our Boxing Day walk. Great holiday

This property is excellent. Exactly as listed and very close to centre of Seahouses. Parking can be difficult if you have more than one car (as we did). A map indicating the location of the local authority run car park would be a useful addition to the document issued by the owners - just to avoid confusion with the private car park run by the harbour office.

Good location, shame about the view

Really liked the decor but I think a thorough clean is needed as we were disappointed at the cleanliness in some areas. Great location for walking in and around Seahouses. It would be nice to be able to sit and enjoy the views but we were disappointed to look straight into the caravans from the kitchen area.

Lovely property in excellent location

We had a an excellent long weekend stay at Ladyburn House, and everyone in our group commented on how lovely the property was. The welcome basket of treats was a lovely homely touch. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved in a timely manner and at minimal inconvenience to us. Communication with Sasha was excellent. The location of the property was great, although Seahouses isn't a massive town anyway so everywhere is within easy walking distance. I can heartily recommend Insieme for a superb Italian evening meal!

Lovely family sized house, good location

Stayed here for a long weekend with my 2 daughters 2 grandchildren , my elderly mother and my dog. It was a perfect size well maintained and clean. The location was good with an easy walk into the town and around the harbour where there are numerous stands where you can book boat trips.Parking was abit of a squeeze in the one dedicated spot. The neighbours all had large 4x4 vehicles which made maneuvering difficult. We parked our other car elsewhere. Parking pass supplied. The kitchen is fairly well equipped we had everything we needed. It would have been nice if some games and books were left around to borrow like in other places i have stayed but as the weather was lovely we didn't stay in much. There was a welcoming basket with lovely items including tea, coffee, wine and biscuits that was very well received.

Fantastic property in the heart of Seahouses

A huge house that will easily accommodate 8 people. Large living space with all the things you will need for a self catering break. If you don’t want to cook each day then several pubs and restaurants within easy walking are an option. The hosts were available when needed and helped resolve any small issues we had. Although there is limited parking on the property the hosts provide a permit for the village lot which is convenient and close by. An absolute must for anyone going to Seahouses who want space.
