WE ARE CLOSE to Bourbon Street - CENTRALLY located within the Quarter, in a very safe building with a locked main entry. BEAUTIFUL Nola DECOR, fully outfitted, just bring groceries and beverages! COMFORTABLY sleeps 4: queen bed, queen size sofa bed. We do have a portable cot if you have a 5th person.

RENTAL INCLUDES FREE PARKING in public parking garage next door. NOTE: ONE VEHICLE, 7'-0" ENTRANCE HEIGHT-NO DUALLYS OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES. The garage is staffed 24/7, well lit, DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. You will be parked on floor 5 or above. If you have mobility issues (or several bags), ask to be let off at the building entrance before the car is parked.

FULL DISCLOSURE: The bedroom & living room wall backs up to the nightclub next door - you're in the heart of NOLA! We provide ear plugs if you need them. We also have a floor fan for white noise. You will hear muffled bass until early morning. This is a dwelling among the locals. And while you will not get the "Hyatt quiet" at night, you will be blessed with a deafening silence in the morning (no garbage trucks at 3 AM!) until you emerge from the apartment!

THIS WELL EQUIPPED HOME has all the essentials needed for a FABULOUS stay. Fully appointed kitchen; small dining nook with pub height table (seating for 3); living room with queen size sofa bed & flat screen TV; 1 B/R with a QUEEN SIZE pillow top bed (RAISED) & flat screen TV; Bluetooth Sound Bar; complimentary high speed wireless internet access (private to this apt); complimentary cable provided for both TVs.

The bathroom is located through the bedroom, is fully appointed with your toiletries - hair dryer, too!

Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, blender, Keurig AND a water cooler! And a toaster. The most overlooked, undermentioned, never-asked-for appliance EVER - lol!

Our home is NO-SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PETS; please smoke/vape on our patio with the sliding door closed. The balance of our building is non-smoking, etc. in all public spaces.

We do not allow parties nor pets. Party animals remain on Bourbon Street - hahaha.

You'll find we are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon St., Jackson Square, The French Market - and 2 blocks over from the streetcar lines. In addition we are a short car ride to The Arena, Caesar's Dome, and The Convention Center - although most guests choose to walk to the Dome for games.

OUR GUESTS frequently stop back "home" during the day due to our central location, thus providing a convenient respite before heading back out! You can also spend time at the patio table outside our sliding door, relaxing with a cool beverage and/or a good book.

So if you're searching for a change of pace from a hotel stay, then our place is YOUR place when you're going to be away!
