Like many larger cities, this is an ongoing and unfortunate situation that is outside of our control. The alley is not part of the building and is not private property, so our ability to manage it is limited. That said, whenever we are aware of concerns, we do report them to the city and do our best to stay on top of it. If you had let us know during your stay, we would have been happy to report it right away on your behalf. Regarding the towels, we are sorry it felt like there were not enough or that the setup was not ideal for your needs. We have never received this feedback before, but it is still helpful and something we will take into consideration as we continue to improve the space.
