Beautiful apartment with AC and WIFI for four people located in a traditional stone house in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Split (developed in 15th century!) offers you clash of modern and traditional, a fusion that will guarantee a unforgettable holiday!
Stone house and inner courtyard were recently upscaled and now offer 4 beautiful holiday homes. Perla A is perfect for four people as it has a spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the small living-dining area.
Kitchen although small has a stove, oven and fridge - more than enough to make beautiful and simple summer meals with local ingredients from our fresh markets just minutes away.

Apartment is located in the historical part of town so there is NO car access directly to it. Everything is within walking distance - sea, town, nature, as well as bus&train station and ferry port.

Our beautiful apartment is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Split called Veli Varoš with a lot of small cobbled streets and old stone houses. It's a peaceful area with no cars and crowd, just as it was centuries ago but within few minutes on foot you are in the middle of all the attractions, Diocletian’s Palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, clubs, stores, open market, fish market, museums, theater, galleries, ATMs, bank, exchange offices.
Veli Varos lies on the outskirts of Marjan forest-park that offers stunning views of city, beautiful small beaches and many breath taking hiking
