Great apartment for our price range, right in walking distance of Old Town (sub 30 min)

Five friends and I stayed in this apartment for a long weekend in Split, and it worked out great for our needs. We stayed 2 to a bed, and had plenty of space. Only thing I recommend is don't accidentally turn off the hot water- we learned that the hard way! Overall great experience, super responsive host, and an easy place to access Split from.

Lovely

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. The beach and city center are about 20/25 min walking distance, but an uber of bolt works perfectly fine aswell.

Very good !

We are very satisfied with this apartment. It is convenient, you will find everything you would find in your own house! At your arrival, the apartment is clean, also, there’s a powerful air conditioning, and it is very much needed because the weather was about ~35 degrees Celsius (or more!!) every day during the summer!! The landlord is very friendly and is ready to answer any of your questions, he speaks English fluently which makes the communication easier, he is always available when needed and is very caring for his clients. The entrance of the building is also clean, the emplacement of the apartment is convenient : close to the beach by car, close to the center and the old city, there’s parking places in front of the building. There is no sound nuisance. Moreover, there’s markets near. To sum up, it was a really good experience! We want to thank the landlord for his professionalism and this appartement that really fits the description. We would love to return there, definitely recommending for everyone especially since the cost is reasonable.

Apartment is located in safe and peacefull neighborhood with parks, kids playground, kindergarten, schools and local market in its surroundings. Also, there are few shops and one gas station close by. When it comes to parking spaces, they are all free of charge, which includes the ones on the street and the ones infront of the apartment building. Also¸ apartment is located in such position that city centre and the beaches are near but far enough to avoid the traffic jam which comes with summer season.
