Sera Mr. Squires, We are very sorry that our family home did not meet your approval. The apartment consists of 4 rooms of which, as mentioned in the description and as can be seen in the photos, one double and three with single beds, for a total of 9 beds ( all have all standard size). At your arrive not having received specific requests otherwise, 2 rooms had been prepared for the 4 people: the double room ( as your request) and one with 2 single beds. When, upon your arrival, we learned that you needed 4 rooms (one for each person) we immediately set up the other rooms as well. Additional costs are due exclusively to extra linen for single fifth bed not provided. Regarding the cleaning of the floors, we are extremely sorry: unfortunately the renovation works on the buildings behind the condominium have, as you have reported to us, caused an inconvenience for which we apologize. We would like to remind you and all guests that in the event of any type of problem we are available to our guests to contribute, where possible, to a prompt resolution. Our apartment is located in a quiet hamlet on the slopes of Mount Cristallo, easily reachable with a 10-minute walk or by bike from the center of Cortina and a starting point for excursions. However, we hope to have been able to appreciate the wonder of the Ampezzo Valley over which, from the windows of the apartment, you can enjoy a splendid view.
