Beautiful location. Lovely property. We are a family of 4 (adult children) and there is more than enough sleeping room. The town is friendly and location close to incredible number of hike and bike trails. Close to Cortina d’Ampetzzo. Host was helpful and check in easy. Functional kitchen and washing machine. No WiFi available during our stay. We would def return.

This was a great place to stay to see the sites around Cortina and hike in the Dolamites. We toured a lot of places in Europe, but the sights in the Dolamites were not matched by any other area we saw! Amazing. The apartment was just like it looked in the pictures. Plenty of space for our family. It was so nice to have a well-equipped kitchen so we didn't have to eat out as much. We had a couple issues with amenities (internet and oven), but the host was quick to respond and set things right.

Great Place to Stay in San Vito

This property was clean and roomy and looks just like the photos posted on VRBO. Check-in and out was a breeze and the host, Alberto, was always prompt in responding to any inquiries. It's a short drive or walk to San Vito which has a supermarket and several decent restaurants. Definitely more economical than staying in Cortina which is only 12km up the road. Overall, I recommend.

Great location

Property is as advertised and photos are accurate. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots, etc.. Building is well up a hill so though groceries are available close by, walking would not be easy with a load. This building is back off the road and you have to hunt for 64 as it is behind a couple of other buildings. Once you find it, access is easy though the keys are touchy.Be aware that the outside door self locks and you need a key to exit the building.

Cosy apartment

Alberto is great at responding to any queries and even though we got delayed and arrived at the apartment at midnight it was wasn’t an issue. We got met at the apartment and got checked in quickly. The apartment was clean and we were pleased to find t-towels, washing up liquid and kitchen basics such as salt, pepper and vinegar. We were party of 5 and we all slept very comfortably. I think the apartment is too small for 6 adults. The sixth bed is on the open landing, possibly ok for a child. Kitchen is compact but it has everything a cook needs. We’ve had an amazing time in Dolomites. What a beautiful place

I am not fussy but all 4 of us who stayed here agreed that overall this place was just OK. On the plus side- easy parking and 2 very nice bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and quiet convenient location. Checking in was frustrating because the key ring in the lock box had about 8 keys on it with no indication of which one to use for which door. We had to contact the host to get the WiFi info because the info placard was shoved in a dark corner instead of hanging on the wall where he said it was. The beds (mattresses) are old and uncomfortable. I could feel the bed springs while sleeping. The couch is old and its springs are completely dead. We couldn’t even sit on the couch so brought patio furniture in to sit on. We were planning to use the washer but there was no adapter to plug it in. Our normal adapters did not work. The host said to look around in the drawers for a special adapter but there was none. We had to go to town to buy one. So it was just a series of small annoyances that added to the very old beds made this a just OK place. It just felt like the owner had not made much of an effort to make our stay easy or comfortable.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad (3 overnachtingen)! Wel vonden we de woonkamer wat krap (waren met 5 personen) met de trap in het midden. Voor een paar daagjes prima.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, on a hill close by biking trails and chair lift for winter skiing. You’ll need a car to drive to Cortina D’Ampezzo, it’s 12 km with some road constructions. The apartment is for up to 6 people, it has a tub and a toilet between 2 bedrooms on the main level and only one shower with a toilet on the second level. The balcony is a nice addition for relaxing and reading a book. There were plenty of books in Italian, a small tv with only Italian channels and no internet for our stay. We enjoyed our hikes and visited few lakes around the area. There is a grocery store and few restaurants in the town.
