This three story Town home, located just steps from the Beach, is a perfect retreat for family and friends. It has amazing views of the ocean from two separate decks. Its great for sunrise walks, and sunset dinners. Its walking distance to many restaurants, miniature golfing, bike trails, bird watching, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and the Bay. It has access to a private pool, a picnic area, outside shower, and free beach access.
It can sleep 10 comfortably. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A Master bedroom with a Master bathroom is located on the third floor, along with two other bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The second floor has a fully stocked Kitchen, a dining area, a living room , a laundry room and a half bathroom.
The ground floor has another bedroom with a full bathroom and a walk out to a patio sitting area.
It has a two car garage, with ample storage for all your bikes and beach chairs.
It has a large deck off of the living area with a large gas grill, and dining area.
It has a smaller intimate deck off the master suite. Both decks have a great view of the ocean.
The ground floor has a patio with views of the ocean as well.
It has free WiFi, five smart TVs, and a DVD player.
The town home is available to rent on a weekly basis during the summer season, and for a minimum of three nights during the off season.
The town home is part of a small community of condos . Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed the condo very much! The ocean views were beautiful from the deck and the beach was a very short walk from the unit. The pool was also an added bonus being that the week was stayed was very hot! The pictures did not do the condo justice, it exceeded our expectations with plenty of room for both adults and children!

Beautiful view and location! The house was large enough for the seven of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We loved having the garage to store our beach chairs etc. The beds weren’t that comfortable and the house could use some upgrades, but overall it was a great week! The owner was very accessible.

Great Beach Property!

What a wonderful place to stay with family. We had 10 guests ages 1 to 75 and it accommodated us perfectly. It had everything we needed and was very clean and homey. And the location was amazing. Steps from the beach and a heated pool with a lovely shallow end for even our smallest family member. Super close to all that Wildwood and Cape May had to offer. Will rent again!

FABULOUS FIND on VRBO - GREAT LOCATION

This wonderful condo offers everything you would need at the beach....location, comfort, and space to spread out. From great & quick correspondence with the landlord, as needed, to a week filled with family and fun....what more could you ask for? a short walk to the pool and beach, both VERY clean. Quick ride to the boardwalk and to Cape May....IDEAL LOCATION. Thanks again to the Landlord for making our stay a relaxing and comfortable paradise for the week! We can't wait to return next year!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ann's lovely beach home. She was a lovely host making sure our check in went smoothly for us. .The house was clean and perfect for our family. The pool was clean and heated for the kids to swim in on some of the cooler days we were there. The deck was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the salty air and overlook the beach. The rooms were spacious and cutely decorated. TV in every room! We had a wonderful time here and would stay again.

Great Beach access!

Loved that we could just go out the front door with a short walk to the beach! The house was clean and comfortable with enough room for our generations (grandkids to grandparents) to spread out, but also with plenty of space to join together for meals and games! One concern was that my husband has difficulty walking, especially on the beach, but the Wildwood Crest Handicap transport would come with a vehicle and deliver us where we wanted to settle on the beach for the day and pick us up when we were ready to head back. All FREE! We had a wonderful time! Thanks, Ann for being a great host! We loved staying at your home! Lana and family

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so close to the beach and the pool was definitely an added bonus. Quiet location but the boardwalk and restaurants are just a short drive away. The house was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Also, the owner was very helpful and attentive.

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing week. The house was steps from the beach. Here is a list of all the great things about the house: Located close to Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk The beach was so nice and clean Open floor plan with lots of space for the whole family 2 car garage so no worries about parking Garage was stocked with beach toys For the kids Owners were great and responsive to all questions. My only other comment was the bed in the Master was so hard we had to sleep in another room. That might just be us.
