Ideal for families, it offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and tranquility. Enjoy walks through nearby forests (1 km) and explore authentic, even abandoned villages. After a scenic hike, unwind with your loved ones by the wood-burning stove in the cozy living room. On warm days, take a dip in the lake, just 7 km away. The home is fully equipped with an open kitchen (includes dishwasher capsules), a bathroom with washing machine, laundry powder, and tumble dryer. Kids will love the garden with a play area, while everyone can enjoy table tennis and foosball. Please respect the peaceful setting, no music outdoors; let the birds be your soundtrack. A friendly dog lives on the property, so calm, sociable pets are welcome.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
