We have designed our residence with you in mind. Forget about complicated logistics and unsuitable houses. Here you have the best of both worlds: the joy of a large villa to enjoy in company and the comfort of five independent apartments to find your private retreat.

The heart of the residence is its magnificent outdoor area, designed for the whole group to enjoy together.

🍽️ Meals for everyone: Gather around the large outdoor table that seats up to 20 people. After-dinner conversations will linger under the Mediterranean sky.
🔥 Barbecue: Prepare delicious grilled meals for everyone on our large gas barbecue. The perfect excuse for an outdoor celebration!
🏊 Swimming pool and sun: Enjoy a shallow swimming pool, ideal and safe for adults and children to cool off and play. Relax on one of the 10 sun loungers while the kids splash around, with side tables so you always have a cold drink close at hand.

YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT TO UNWIND

When you need a moment of calm or family privacy, your private apartment will be waiting for you. The residence consists of 5 completely independent apartments, allowing each family or couple to manage their own pace.

Each apartment is a complete and functional home:

Sleeps 4 people in two separate bedrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob and oven) opening onto a cosy dining area.
Private living room with TV (Spanish channels) and DVD player, ideal for the children to watch a film or relax with a book.
Full bathroom for each family unit.
Free Wi-Fi connection throughout the accommodation.

APARTMENT LAYOUT (Total capacity: 20 people)

Apartment 1: 2 double beds (135 cm).
Apartment 2: 1 double bed (135 cm) + 1 bunk bed.
Apartment 3: 1 double bed (150 cm) + 2 single beds.
Apartment 4: 1 double bed (150 cm) + 2 single beds.
Apartment 5: 1 double bed (135 cm) + 1 bunk bed.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

Parking: The street is quiet and offers free parking space for all vehicles. The interior of the property is a pedestrian area and safe for children.
Laundry: There is a washing machine for shared use by all guests in the garage area.
Bed linen and towels: Not included. If you do not wish to bring your own, we can provide them for €12 per set of sheets and €8 per set of towels.
Rules: This is a non-smoking rental and pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests.
