The villa of 300 m² built consists of 2 independent floors completely renovated in 2009 located 900 meters from the beach and the supermarket, playground and bus stop 100 meters from the house. The villa has 6 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 room with bunk bed and a room with bunk beds for three person, double down and single bed to rriba. Plus a single bed, Total 4 people), 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bath), 2 kitchens (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (in the main kitchen), oven and hob), dining room 70 m² with TV, DVD, satellite TV, internet, washing machine cottage in garden, large garden, barbecue, private pool, porch, garden chairs and hammocks.
They are included in the price, a travel cot, a highchair, 3 buggies, also internet access via wifi., Towels, bedding, blankets and cleaning per week.

Nice stay at a beautiful villa

We were 10 friends and we had a great time at Roser's villa. We had everything we needed. The villa was near the city center by foot. The pool was beautiful.The communication with Roser was great. As my friends said, the villa was more beautiful and big than what appears on the photos on the website.

We had an amazing holiday at Roser’s home .We stayed as two families with teenage children . There were 11 of us all together and there was loads of space for all of us . Roser was a brilliant host who was able to answer any questions we had . We felt very looked after. The pictures of the house do not do it justice . The pool is gorgeous and the air conditioned bedrooms and lounge spaces are so comfortable and clean with everything you might need.The views from the balcony are stunning . While in Lloret de Mar we visited the beach , town but also further afield to Barcelona and Girona. It’s a great location with so much to do .

Great villa

The villa was perfect for our stay, the outdoor space was excellent, even nicer than it looked on the photos, so clean and everything we needed. We were a family of 12, grandparents, and parents with 4 children under four and we couldn’t fault it, the property was fully enclosed and felt very safe. The pool was cleaned during our stay which was great. Inside there was plenty of space for us all and the little apartment downstairs was ideal for the grandparents! The host was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and any requests we had were dealt with straight away. It is a bit of a walk into town and especially coming back up the hill but we loved the area, it was so peaceful so worth the walk! A brilliant holiday, would recommend.

Wonderful house, beautiful area, fantastic host.

The outdoor pool area is very large, very well stocked and maintained and quite the area to relax including the wonderful pool. The house is well kept with a wonderful massive lounge and dining area, a very good sized kitchen, also a number of lovely bedrooms. The air conditioning is the cherry on the cake. The host is very kind, always available and very rrsponsive. As are her colleagues who maintain the property. It is about a km to the beach, uphill on the way back although a bus runs and a taxi about 8 euros. The trip to the beach is well worth it. We would certainly come back. Thank you Roser.

Family of 7 stayed beginning of Aug 2025. Grandparents through to grandkids.We were wowed by the villa when we arrived much later than we had hoped. There is plenty of space for everyone and the 2 bed apartment on lower level is amazing but we didn't use this. It is a little dated in places but this can be overlooked when taken in to context the rest of the villa. The garden and pool area is amazing with plenty of seating. The pool is great. On the whole we had a great time, with higher than normal temperatures the air con and pool was a god send.The villa is great at night with the garden and pool lights. We spent all our time in garden or on the covered terrace. Only the kids sat in the living room!Just to add our thanks to Roser who kindly accepted our shopping delivery, meet us at 10pm (flights change), to get the pool guy to check the pool and for all the questions we posed at her. Thank you once again.Definitely worth a second visit.

Groot huis zeer fijn zwembad wel wat gedateerd bij een bad kamer zat schimmel op de tegels..Douche s ok maar t mag vernieuwd worden alle.Koffieapp aan vernieuwing toe.Garage en schuurtje mogen opgeruimd worden..Ook garagedeur is niet makkelijk te bedienen. Zijn tips...huis is prima verder en locatie.Genoeg schaduw en verkoeling.

Alojamiento muy agradable

El alojamiento es tal y como se presenta en el anuncio, incluso mejor, está limpio y bien equipado. El espacio exterior dispone de diferentes ambientes que lo hacen muy agradable, incluso en invierno. Nos hizo un tiempo soleado y plácido, así que pudimos utilizar la barbacoa. El espacio de salón-comedor es muy amplio y fue perfecto para la celebración de fin de año entre tres familias.No tuvimos ningún problema. Como información a tener en cuenta: en el caso de alquilar la casa entera, el apartamento inferior no comunica directamente con la parte superior de la casa, de modo que hay que salir al exterior y subir unas escaleras para encontrarse con los demás miembros del grupo.

Très sympa

Belle propriété. Un logement en bas de 2 chambres et 4 autres chambres dans le logement du haut. Les échanges sont faciles et agréables avec la propriétaire. Merci à elle. Sous la chaleur et avec la pente raide de la route pour aller à la maison, il était préférable, avec les enfants,de prendre la voiture pour la plage et les magasins.

Schöner Urlaub in Lloret

Maison spacieuse et facile à vivre

Location à 3 familles. La maison est bien organisée. Les espaces interieurs et exterieurs permettent d'etre à l'aise et la convivialité. Chambres et literie tres correctes. Piscine nickel et bbq au top. Maison proche de la mer 10/15 min à pied mais suffisamment loin des nuisances de Lloret. Les proprietaires sont de bon conseil et disponibles. Nous avons passé un de nos meilleurs week-end sur la costa brava

La villa est bien mieux en réalité que sur les photos. Nous fûmes surpirs positivement lors de notre arrivée. Le seul bémole est le confort de certains lits sinon c'était parfait.

Wir warren in der Zeit vom 14.bis 28.08.2023 mit 11 Personen (7 Erw.+4 Jugendliche) in diesem Haus. Die Gästebetreuung von Roser fand ich super, immer erreichbar, reagiert sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was wir sehr vermisst haben- ist die Klimaanlage. Es war sehr heiß, nachts sehr stickig und schwüll. Natürlich wussten wir im Voraus, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Haus gibt, dachten aber, dass es im großen Haus ok' wäre. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Ventilator, nützt aber leider auch nicht viel. Die Bettwäsche und die Dusch-u.Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt und einmal wöchentlich gewechselt. Einmal die Woche kamen Putzfrauen, Gärtner und der Pooltechniker. Alles im Voraus von Roser angekündigt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, 2 Kühlschränke in der großen Küche. Geschirr, Gläser,Besteck, Töpfe,Pfannen alles da. Das Haus ist in zwei separate Einheiten aufgeteilt: unten ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit Küche (auch voll ausgestattet), Bad und 2 Schlafzi. mit separatem Eingang und oben große Küche, Wohn-Esszimmer,4 Schlz. und 2 Bäder. Die Außennlage ist sehr gut, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, 2 große Esstische, Grill, 10 Liegen. Der Kunstrasen draußen scheint neu zu sein, ist frisch und sauber. Der Weg vom Strand ist sehr anstrengend. Insgesamt schöner Urlaub, nur ohne Klimaanlage würden wir es nicht nochmal machen. Die Gästebetreuung von Roser war sehr gut, vielen Dank nochmal!
