External Description



Villa Radda is located in the countryside of Gaiole in Chianti. The property is accessed through a short tree-lined path, along which you can admire a wonderful panorama of the surrounding landscape.

The villa boasts a large private garden (4,000 sqm) on 3 sides, decorated with many ancient jars, plants and flowers.

At guests\' disposal also a lovely swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open from 1st June to the end of September), a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for tasty grills with friends.

The owner of the villa is a wine producer so you can book with him a visit to his cellars with wine tasting.

Please note that it is strictly forbidden to enter the villa by personnel or other people from outside the building, for example chefs, waiters or any other professional figure, unless previously authorized by the management.



Internal Description



The property, spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.



Ground floor: A rustic room with tavern, wooden dining table and stone fireplace welcomes us. Following is a guest bathroom.



First floor: On the first floor there is a spacious living area, furnished with sofas, armchairs, fireplace and a long wooden dining table.

Then you will find a large fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and breakfast table).

Lastly, there are 6 large bedrooms with double beds (3 of which are splittable) and 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower). The 3 bedrooms with non-splittable beds are equipped with air conditioning.

All windows have mosquito screens. Pets are not allowed.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water only); house, garden and pool maintenance; Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); electricity according to consumption; flat rate heating if used (200.00€ per week); other extra services on request. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0,50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
