Seaways Holiday Cottage - 3 bed, 2 bath, dog friendly bungalow near beach

Seaways is a 3 bedroom, dog friendly holiday cottage located just a few minutes walk from the blue flag beach at Sutton on Sea. All on one floor, Seaways has been completely renovated and extended to provide 3 bedrooms (2 x king, 1 x twin), 2 shower rooms and a large, bright, open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with double doors opening onto the private and fully enclosed rear garden. There is also parking for 2-3 cars outside the property.

As part of the renovation works in 2021 a brand new kitchen complete with integrated appliances and 2 new shower rooms were fitted. In addition, new windows and doors, new central heating and electrical wiring were fitted throughout. The property was also completely redecorated with new furniture and soft furnishings throughout.

The property offers free wi-fi, 3 smart TVs, USB charging points, all towels and bedlinen, gas BBQ and garden furniture. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Fantastic home from home a stone's throw from the beach.

This bungalow is a star find! It has quality fixtures and fittings and is in a fantastic location. The property and the close-by beach are both dog-friendly too. Everything you could need is to hand at this fabulous accommodation. You'll be missing out if you don't stay here!

Fantastic location

In the quieter end of Sutton, the property is minutes from the beach and the town, park right near. The property is fantastic. Fully equipped and clean and modern, lovely sunny garden and host very good communication and checked in on us. Loved it and will be visiting again soon.

Great layout for 2 independent adults, each having our own kingsize bed and bathroom…plus a spare room! Secure rear garden for our tiny dog. Lovely quiet location. An abundance of kitchen accessories available… enough cups to use daily & put into the dishwasher to wash all together at the end of the stay (no washing up…hooray!) Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Ketchup, Gravy Granules & so much more all available… even a bottle of milk in the fridge and a tray of ice cubes ready for us in the freezer on arrival.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect location for the beach, and access to the shops is only a short walk away. Providing plenty of room for small and large families.

Perfect quiet base

Lovely property with great size rooms. Wanted a toatal chill pit with an enclosed garden for the dogs and that is what we got. Minutes walk from the lovely beach and nice walk along to Mablethorpe. Booking process faultless with Lesley. Would book again if in the area.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is really lovely, kitted out with everything you would need. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away which was perfect for paddleboarding, swimming and dog walks. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you.

Fabulous modern cottage

Seaways is a fanatastic modern cottage, in a lovely quiet setting close to the beach. It has all you could ask for when planning a coastal visit. Top fixtures and fittings, warm and inviting with a beautiful private sun trap of a garden. Attention to detail has not be missed internally and communication with the owner Lesley is first class. Cannot wait to return.

Well appointed bungalow by the beach

We had a great 3 night stay over Easter! The property is spacious and well appointed with most mod cons. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the town and a 3 minute walk to the beach, you can hear the sea from the front garden! The back garden was secure for our dog who equally loved his stay! As others have mentioned, the only criticism is the comfort of the sofa/chairs but this did not put us off and we would be happy to return again! Thank you Lesley for a great stay!

Wonderfully relaxing break

We had a very relaxing couple of days at this property. It's in a very quiet little cul-de-sac, only a short walk into the town and to the beach. As a family of three we found the entire bungalow to be spacious and very comfortable. It really is a home from home, we didn't want for anything while we were there. The property is a short walk from a beautiful quiet beach, and a very short drive from the busier town of Mabelthorpe. Special thanks to Lesley who made the entire process from booking to leaving extremely easy. I am already looking at availability to book another stay!

Great location, well equipped place.

Lovely facilities, 2 minutes from the beach, quiet road and comfortable big beds. The property manager was helpful and checked in with us during out stay to make sure we were ok. The living area chairs and sofa could be more comfortable, nothing wrong with them, but not able to really sink into them- hopefully they might be changed in the future?... We did also feel that the toilet paper was rather thin and so hopefully this will be be considered for the future.. All in all a lovely stay would recommend.

A little gem

The property is every inch as fabulous as it looks on the inside. There’s nothing you could wish for that isn’t there. The secure garden and internal boot room are perfect for dogs and the location is great. There’s a nice hotel/pub 10 minutes walk away, the beach is 2 mins, shops 10 mins, a great Chinese takeaway nearby & fish and chips and a flat walk into Mablethorpe along the prom. I’ll definitely return and will always recommend. Thank you

Fabulous

This property is absolutely perfect. So well layed out, so clean, very well equipped, good size rooms, great size garden, quiet, very close to the huge sandy beach.....there is nothing to fault, we loved it. Lesley, property manager, was also great and on hand if we needed help. We took the dogs to the beach every day (5mins walk from the house) had Sunday lunch at the local hotel, which was really good too. Local shops are 10mins walk and have everything you need. The pictures of this property do not do it justice really. The whole place has been finished to a really high standard and is warm and bright throughout. Wonderful mini break. Thanks so much.
