Spacious 110 m2 four bedroom and three bathroom apartment.

It's located just 30m from the beach with crystal clear sea.

It has a big terrace and balcony with the sea view, garden and outside fireplace, parking, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and has four air-condition units.

You'll enjoy your stay in this comfortable 110 m2 apartment with five bedrooms, four air condition units and three bathrooms.

Its comfortable 25 m2 size terrace has a table and chairs for you to enjoy the fresh sea air, sip drinks and relax in the great sea view. You also have one comfortable balcony connected with the room, also with the sea view.

You can also use our shaded 80 m2 garden with outside fireplace together with guests of our other apartments.

House is located in small coastal town Podstrana, less than 1 min walking to the beach with the crystal clear sea. Apartment is on the first floor of the house.

Apartment itself consists of a spacious living room, terrace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and kitchen.

Living room is spacious with LCD TV.

First bedroom has one double bed. It also has exit to the it's own balcony.

It's connected with the second bedroom which has one single bed. They are both connected with one bathroom.

Third bedroom has a double bed, sofa bed, its own bathroom and exit to the balcony.

Fourth bedroom has a double bed, bathroom and exit to the balcony.

Firth bedroom has one double bed and one sofa sleeping two people.

Fourth and fifth bedroom share a bathroom through small hallway, so to enter this bathroom you don't need to enter any bathroom.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishes and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

We also provide washing machine.

Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

We provide you free parking in the yard of the house.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.

Certain types of pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

***** The neighbourhood:

Podstrana is a tourist town located just 7 kilometres from the city of Split is situated at the foot of Perun, the slope of the mountain Mosor.

Enjoying the sea and beaches is one of the main assets of Croatian tourism, and the coast and waters of Podstrana are among the cleanest in Croatia.

The entire coast of Podstrana is tame and suitable for swimming, and has been groomed as one long (6-kilometre) beach in almost its entire length.

Beautiful beaches, hiking and biking trails make Podstana a really attractive tourist destination.

Due to the excellent location of Podstrana (close to Split and Omis) there are really great opportunities to organize day trips organized by some of the local agency or an independent tour of the cultural heritage and natural beauty. Given their proximity definitely recommend an independent tour of Split, Salona, Klis, Trogir and Omis.

You can get to us by car.

Bus station is just 20m away from the house.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport.
