This property was fabulous. An amazing view right on the Grand Canal. Our water taxi from VCE accidentally dropped us at the wrong dock so it took a bit for us to find the place but there is a dock right out front if he had dropped us at the right location it would have been a breeze. Very easy to use Vaperetto, just go across the bridge and the stop is right there. Tons of space. Highly recommend.

Best VRBO Ever!

Location, location, location!!!!! This beautiful home is offered by family members of the original builders and is a Venice treasure - ten out of ten all the way! First, communication with the owners was excellent. Second: the listing was spot on and met, or exceeded, all of our expectations. Finally, the location (at the foot of the Grand Canal) was probably the finest we have witnessed after using short-term rental properties for many years. The elevator in the building is a wonderful relief, since this unit is on the very top floor of the five-story building. Beds were super comfortable, the home was spotless, and the hosts we met were delightful. We strongly recommend this unit for an unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Great location!

Four couples stayed comfortably in this apartment home. It is walkable from Piazzale Roma, which is as far as you can go by car. We used porters to help with luggage and there is a private dock if you need to water taxi to the airport. It’s also conveniently located to the train station and public water taxi service which we used frequently. Also walking distance to Rialto. The apartment was just right for us. We appreciated the owner helping to guide us there, and give recommendations about the area as this was our first time in Venice. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Great location, quality and comfort

Easy in and out from the Piazzale Roma and People Mover to the cruise port. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Venice for any amount of time. We could easily walk to St. Mark's Square and to the less crowded Accademia area for a lovely gondola ride--wish we could have stayed longer! The location, cleanliness, security, and comfort of the penthouse couldn't have been better. Every room had charming rooftop or canal views. Catarina was very responsive and helpful, and made our family feel so welcome. Thank you!!

Amazing Views & Convenient Location

Great place to start our Italian adventure! Views were spectacular and there was plenty of space for three couples to enjoy time together as well as apart. Very convenient to train station and water yransportation.

An Ideal Place to Stay in Venice

Caterina is the best host! She met us at the door and thoroughly explained the house rules. She answered all our questions completely and was wonderfully charming. This home was the perfect house in the perfect location. It’s over the Scalzi Bridge from the train station. There are good restaurants and shops in the immediate area. This home is well cared for and beautifully appointed. We felt so at home! We loved watching traffic on the Grand Canal and appreciated how close the Vaporetto station was. We hope to return some day!

Amazing view and perfect Family spot

Our family of 11 stayed comfortably in this space with this insane view of the grand Canal. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host was just the easiest to work with and the apartment was perfect and so many different ways.

Great Location

The property is in a convenient location for arriving by the train and for visiting the sites. There is a great view from all the terraces and plenty of room for everyone in our party. It was nice to be able to separate the apartment so those who needed a bit more quiet could be separate from those who didn’t. I highly recommend.

Family Stay in Venice

Everything about the property was perfect for our 4 nights in Venice, Valeria was very helpful on check in , the apartment was lovely as described and was perfect for 6 of us . The views were amazing over the Grand Canal and with a Vaporetto stop just over the bridge and plenty of restaurants in the area . The only slight problem was a lack of a toaster for breakfast ( although it might have been a problem with the smoke detectors ) A fantastic place to stay .

Trip Venice

This property was so convenient to start exploring Venice. It overlooks the Grand Canal with a beautiful veranda. It’s a good walk to St Mark’s square bit worth it as along the way we explored the streets, many shops and cafes. The host was so pleasant. I would stay there again when returning to Venice.

Magical trip

We had a wonderful stay in Venice in this gorgeous apartment! The five of us were able to comfortably spread out across the space. The views of the canal and homes from the apartment is incredible. The hosts were incredibly helpful when we arrived, as we managed to get ourselves lost and they helped us navigate to the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment and cannot wait to stay here again.

Excellent location

Loved our time here. Clean and easy to access transportation (boats, train, and bus). Quiet and great views of the canal. Lots of rooms and space for a family of 9. We felt very safe and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Loved having our own kitchen and bathrooms! Hostesses were easy to work with and gave helpful instructions. Highly recommend this penthouse suite!

Family trip to Italy
