A beautiful Venetian palazzo on the first and second floors, fully restored and air-conditioned, with breathtaking views of the Cannaregio Canal. Most of the windows also offer panoramic views. A rooftop terrace accessible directly from the living room, another balcony, and a second terrace with a Jacuzzi round out this unique property.

A 5-minute walk (400 m) from Santa Lucia Station, accessible without stairs or bridges; a 10-minute walk to Piazzale Roma (public parking); and a 15-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The waterbus stop is 100 meters from the apartment. There’s a direct ferry called Alilaguna (orange line) that stops right in front of the house and goes to Marco Polo Airport. We can also pick you up from the ferry terminal or the main train station. Cannaregio is one of the most central and popular parts of Venice.
