Villa "Can Tony" is an ideal house for your days in Mallorca and not only because it is wonderfully close to the sea. The exterior of this property is truly striking, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Thanks to the excellent climate of the island, you will have many opportunities to truly savour the beautiful well-kept garden with its tall palm trees and other typically Mallorcan plants, as well as charming floral arrangements. The landscape of the covered terrace measures an impressive 100 m². There is plenty of space to find a shaded spot and relax in one of the numerous seating areas; this includes a large dining area for all guests with informal wicker chairs, as well as smaller corners to sit and eat. An outdoor barbecue gives a special touch to the terrace surrounding the house, allowing you to enjoy life along with a glass of wine and a succulent barbecue. The property has PING PONG for sporty moments. If it becomes too exhausting, you can cool off in the elevated pool area with a 45 m² pool. Here, everyone can take a sunbed and relax...

Thanks to its proximity to the Sierra de Tramuntana, Pollença is a magnificent starting point for numerous and varied hiking routes, whether in the mountains or along the coast. The port city of Port de Pollença is 8 km away and awaits you with numerous restaurants, cafés and bars. In this place, you can immerse yourself in a quiet life in this town, which offers the opportunity to enjoy an authentic vision of the islanders' daily life thanks to the old town surrounding the market. You can enjoy the sunset during a low-traffic evening walk along the seafront towards the marina. Cap de Bou, Platja de Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenc have shallow water entries, making these beaches with excellent water quality a popular destination for excursions. The villa "Can Toni" is not far from the L'Albufereta wetland, where you can experience the diverse flora and fauna of the island. In short, it is a spectacular area to spend unforgettable holidays with family or friends.

We had an excellent stay at Finca Can Toni! The views from the balconies are beautiful and we enjoyed many great sunsets and sunrises. The pool and grounds were fantastic for the children to explore and play. The kitchen had everything we wanted and the BBQ was perfect.

Villa Can Toni while in a great location is not a great house. The furnishings are old and many parts of the house look as if they will break at any moment. We had several issues with the house but the main one was the pool. First, they did not put chlorine in the water so on day three of our stay we woke up to a green slime covered pool. There was also a hive of yellow jackets that were constantly swarming around the pools ladder at all times. The management team did send someone to clean the pool. But they had to put so many chemicals in it wasn’t safe to swim for a day and a half. You will see towel by the pool in the photos you see. The house does not however provide them.The house gets very hot. So I recommend paying the extra 30 a day fee to cool it during the day. The owner came out to turn it on and tried to scam an extra 50 out of us so that he would turn on the switch. (I refused) then we pointed out the hive of the yellow jackets we found on the house. He then gave a can of poison to my brother in law and made him spray the hornets (he’s way too nice and did it) while the dead bugs rained down from the ceiling he luckily did not get stung. The management company if very combative and will try to make it seem as if all the problems are your fault. If you like being a handy man or property manager while you’re on vacation then this is the place for you. Also, be prepared to have to stock everything for the house. No soaps or trash bags.

La casa, la piscina y el jardín son muy bonitos. Me he sentido feliz despertándome en mitad de un campo precioso. Toni ha sido muy simpático con nosotros y todo ha funcionado bien. El mar se veía como una rayita en la distancia, es lo único que se le puede reprochar a la casa.

Tired and needs Improvement

The actual location of this property is roughly 3km away from the Vrbo information listed. Making it Impossible to find (I am familiar with the area) but “no signage” until you reach the gate. Our host “managed services” didn’t meet us, and direct us to the property until 17:00hrs, making us wait on the main road. Then when at the property, a cleaning team was still working. We had to pin drop location to book a taxi, that’s how hidden this place is. The whole villa, has a feel of “that will do”about it, tired furniture and poor Wi-Fi for hosting 9+ people. People with allergies, beware! The villa has residential “wild cats” known issue to them, but choose to do nothing about it, blaming guests for feeding them. Each day they leave the remains of there hunting spree around the patios. Whilst friendly they are constantly begging around meal times. The relief of AC is free only from 21:00hrs to 09:00hrs, which during our week kept tripping the electric and required resetting most nights to get a good nights sleep, if that was possible in the paper thin nappy wrapped mattresses. The host Toni accused us of taking the patio umbrella to the beach and breaking it. Pointing out that this is the third replacement. Wholly inaccurate and offensive to us all. Suggest he purchases a better quality product. On checkout, we were forced to leave the property whilst some people were waiting for taxis, appallingbad customer service, The pool was dirty, and the host blamed ourselves for bringing sand back from the beach! Once again false! As a family group, we overall had a great week together, however this level of service is so poor, it’s important to share.
