Finca Viviana in Pollensa

Modern and stylish country house between Pollensa and Alcudia with high standard fittings and furnishings and a large pool of 15 x 4 metres. Finca Viviana is a sunna, spacious and modern holiday home with a large garden.

Finca Viviana is located between Pollensa and Alcudia in a relatively flat area with the panorama of the Tramuntana mountainrange as a backdrop.

Pollensa is approximately 4 kilometres away. Its old town is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

Alcúdia is about 7 kilometres away and has a very nice historic old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The marina Puerto Alcúdia has a nice seafront promenade with shops and restaurants from fine dining to family friendly and offers a wide selection of watersports activities. The seaside resort along the beach has nightlife, restaurants and leisure activities for all tastes and age groups. The bay is famous for its fine sandy beach and the shallow waters. Wind- and kite surfers will find excellent conditions!

Puerto Pollensa is about 10 Kilometres away and offers a long seaside promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Viviana has splendid interiors, with a modern and stylish design. A large and sunny living area is the heart of the ground floor with fireplace, large dining table seating 10 easily and a lounge. Large terrace doors open towards the pool area and offer beautiful views of the countryside. The large, modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and offers another dining table as wall as an exit to the terrace and BBQ area. A corridor is connecting the living area with the ground floor bedrooms: one double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite, one twin bedroom with shower room en-suite, one twin bedroom and another bathroom with shower. All bedrooms of this floor have exit doors to the garden and pool area. An open staircase is leading to the first floor distributed in one double bedroom with fantastic views of the Pollensa bay and beyond, one twin bedroom and one full bathroom with tub and shower. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer.

Finca Viviana is set on a wide, flat plot with lawns and offers a stunning 14 x 5 metre infinity pool with Roman steps. The large covered terrace is fitted with a large dining table and offers beautiful views of the countryside and the pool area. Further commodities are a utility room, outside WC, table tennis and a brick-built BBQ.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
