Our cottage is located in North Eastham
Full Xfinity cable, one button to access all channels. Highest speed wifi available
1 mile from Campground Beach (bay side), close to 5 other bayside beaches.
2.3 miles from Nauset Light Beach (ocean side), 3 miles from Coast Guard Beach (ocean side), and 0.25 miles from the Cape Cod Rail Trail—all just a short walk away from our home.
The house is also near the quaint towns of Orleans, Chatham, and Wellfleet, 25 minutes from Provincetown.
The house is conveniently within walking distance of local ice cream shops and restaurants. There is also a drive-in movie theatre, a flea market, shopping, restaurants, boating, and golf just minutes away.
The house itself features a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances; We also offer a new propane fire pit to keep you warm on cool nights!
You are welcome to use our linens or bring your own if you prefer.

There is a designated work space in the twin bedroom, equipped with computer desk and chair.

AC SPLITS In Every Room

Amenities include: high-speed easy to use Xfinity internet; full cable package; an outdoor fire pit; an outdoor propane fire pit/table; as well as a jacuzzi in the master bath! There is a large outdoor shower to enjoy which the site lists as the third bathroom

Please note the indoor fireplace is not functional.

We do consider only dogs Please ask before you book.

The house was perfect for our group! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful- we went out to dinner one night and the other night we ate dinner around the roomy kitchen island. The home is very cosy and a fun place to stay. The kitchen is super well equipped. There were four adults and a three year old and we had plenty of room. The only comment would be - if you do not sleep well on a soft bed, this might not be the place for you. The two queens were too soft for either of my adult daughters, who ended up taking the twin beds. I slept on one queen as did my son in law, and by the end we started to weary of sinking in so far!!! Otherwise, perfect!

We are walking distance to many local restaurants and just a short bike ride or mile walk to the beach. well behaved dogs welcome, there is a $100 fee per dog, no more than two please., Bikes available if you would like to use what we have. There are AC units in all bedrooms.
