Louise was very responsive and the cottage was perfect. We explored different towns on Cape Cod during the day and the cottage was wonderful and quaint to come home to at night.

It was perfect! It had everything we needed for a cozy stay. There was a good bit of interference with the TV picture they lasted all week but could have been the nor’easter and remnants of that storm. No problem for us but someone else might not want to miss out on a show/game moment if it’s ongoing.

Absolutely beautiful , fully furnished, great location!Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Beds were firm and comfortable, house was dry and bathroom was amazing. Will definitely stay here again but that calendar fills up fast! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place

My family stayed at Mermaid Cottage for a weekend while attending wedding festivities in the area. The house is comfortable and clean and the area is quiet, but great proximity to many Cape Cod locations. Our host, Louise was fantastic and quick to respond. Mermaid Cottage was the perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day and the patio was a wonderful area to hang out. Highly recommend!

Mermaid Cottage a great stay at the Cape

This is the fifth time we stayed here. The house is well equipped, clean and a quiet location. Communication with the owner is great. We weren’t able to enjoy the patio, as we had unseasonably cold, rainy weather. We will be back in the fall.

Mermaid excellent

The Mermaid Cottage has everything you’d want. It’s close to shopping and beach areas. The house is stocked with so many extras, like strollers, high chair, fire pit and outdoor patio.

Bachelorette at the Mermaid Cottage

I had my bachelorette weekend on the Cape and was so happy to have picked the Mermaid Cottage as our place to stay! The cottage had a great amount of space for our group, beautiful outdoor patio, and was in a wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Cape Cod.

A calming oasis

We came to attend a wedding and the property was perfect for location and comfort and the patio was a great spot for those who loved to get some rays and a wonderful spot for drinks at night. Definitely not a one time only. We are hooked and will be back again

Perfect family getaway

Mermaid cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is well equipped and very clean. There is an outdoor patio that is an added bonus for relaxing after a long day. The host is very friendly and accommodating. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I definitely would.

Wonderful cottage that lived up to reviews

All members of my group were impressed with location, cleanliness, and the overall feel of the cottage and especially the backyard! We were only minutes away from a couple of golf courses, restaurants and grocery stores and yet felt we were away from the hustle and bustle when back at the cottage. We never did get a total count of the mermaids throughout the place! Would definitely stay again.

Girls Weekend

Quiet neighborhood. Great place. Central location on Cape Cod with ease to get numerous places like Chatham, and both ferries, Hyannis, etc. Large bathrooms made it easy to share with others.
