Villa German has the best location in San Jaime Mediterraneo, it is the first house located on the seafront, it has all the advantages that this entails, bars and shops just one minute from the house and the beach less than 5 minutes walking, ideal for families with children who do not want to walk much, the beach is one of the largest on the island, and is guarded with several towers along it, it also has several restaurants on the same beach to enjoy lunch or dinner, without having to move from the sea.



The area has restaurants with different cuisines as well as many souvenir shops to buy that small gift that we all want to bring to the family.

The house has 4 double rooms, ideal for groups of 8 people, or families with children. Large living room overlooking the pool with a porch where you can eat and when you want to cook on the barbecue right there.



The colors of this house and the details that we find in this house make us feel as if it were ours, its decoration is cared for and the owner improves it every year.



There is a space where you can park on the same property, although there is space outside if necessary.This villa is Eco Friendly, cross ventilation is achieved with the north windows which, when opened in combination with the south, provide us with a very pleasant breeze. The house also has a garbage recycling system, you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, green for glass and blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find black or monochrome for the organic one.
