A place to fell in love with, just awesome

Loveley garden, clean pool, perfect view! A really nice Place to calm down. We really enjoyed our stay and can hopefully come back once.

Magnificent place

a wonderful place to spend a family vacation: lovely swimming pool with sunbeds; various relaxation corners and enjoyed the outdoor kitchen 😍 The only drawback we found was the distance to the supermarket and the town ... but we just had to coordinate that and plan it in terms of groceries; anyway, really enjoyed it! The location, silence, the view and the outdoor areas of this house is unique. We really enjoyed it. The house has everything you need but it is an older country house with a smell of mould on the ground floor. We mostly stayed outdoor so not a big problem for us. There are a few cats living on the property (outside).

A beautiful place in an amazing surrounding!

We stayed with three people incl 1 child. If you love the pure nature of Liguria, the mountains, the Argentina Valley, walking, cylcing and also the beautiful Meditarranean sea and nice beaches at 30 minutes then visit Maison Nadine. It is all included, the nice swimming pool, the terraces, a comfortable home, but most of all the views and the silence! We loved being in this part of Italy that seemed not yet to be discovered. A warm welcome and contact with the owners Alexandra and Mario made it complete.

Very calm with a wonderful view

It is really lovely and quiet place with a beautiful view and an amazing garden, nice cats and kind of an infinity pool. The streets are hard to drive in the beginning, but we got used to it( Ford Transit Bus). The house is great and there is everything you need. Typical ligurian restaurants are 6-10 km away. Alexandra is very helpful and always avaiable. So 5 stars!

Calm and remote

The little house was fine, garden, swimmingpool and 2 terraces were very nice. Some nice hikes can be done for 20 minutes. Only negative is a very small, steep road towards the house of about 1.5 km which does not easily allow for big cars or cars without 4 wd and son people didn’t want to drive there. The host was very kind and answered all questions in time

Hello, Nice to hear you arrived well home- Sincerely the house is not so little - 3 bedrooms - and an extra sofa bed in the living TV room - It is for 5 people - normally But you had an extra guest - free The road is easy for people that usually drives in little mountains roads. I have a normal car FAIT 500 X and doesnt have any problems- My neighbour (German) has a Van car and goes down and up without any problems, of course if you are not used to mountains road this little drive of 10 min can be "not usual" - Hello to everybody alexandra

Ein gepflegtes und liebevoll angelegtes Haus & Areal. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Pool und die Außendusche waren wunderbar. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und es war alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Die Kinder durften die Katzen der Vermieterin füttern und mit ihnen spielen. Man durfte sich von den Tomaten aus dem Garten bedienen.Die Bergstraße ist anfangs eine Herausforderung aber wir konnten uns daran gewöhnen (ging problemlos mit einem VW-Touran).Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Wir haben wunderschöne 10 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht! Die Aussicht toppt alles und lässt die etwas schwierige Auffahrt zum Haus schnell vergessen. Aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hat uns immer wieder mit hilfreichen Tipps für Unternehmungen und vieles mehr per whatsapp zur Seite gestanden. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt mit allem was man braucht. Die Aussenküche ist der perfekte Platz für gemütliche Abende. Der Pool ist schön groß und hat eine angenehme Tiefe, auch für große Kinder. Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zwischen 16 und 4 jahre hier gewesen. Niemand kam zu kurz. Wir haben Abenteuer und echte Italienisches Leben gesucht und hier wirklich gefunden. Die umliegende Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren wunderbar um traditionell Italienisch Urlaub machen zu können. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Vielen dank nochmal Alexandra! Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Alles gute für dich!

Uns hat es super gefallen! Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt. Und an die steile Auffahrt gewöhnt man sich schnell. Es waren Ende Juli etwa vier Grad kühler als in Tal - vor allen abends wurde es kühl, was für den Schlaf aber super war! Ab und zu zog ein Gewitter über uns, darum war der Pool etwas kalt. Die Betten sind nicht allzu bequem und ein paar Weingläser wären schön - aber das macht die ungewöhnliche Ruhe und die großartige Aussicht locker wieder weg! Besonders toll fanden wir die Outdoor-Küche! Wir können das Haus empfehlen.

Tolle Lage,toller Pool, schlechte Ausstattung, 4 Tassen, 3 Weingläser, Untergeschoss muffig und modrig , Geschirr mussten wir nochmals spülen nicht sauber,..Sauberkeit auf den ersten Blick ok aber wenn man genau hinschaut sehr dreckig,..streunende Katzen ums Haus. Wir hatten jeden Morgen Stiche und dachten es wären Stechmücken bis wir festgestellt hatten die Stiche war auch an bedeckten Stellen vom Körper. Es waren Flöhe, überall in den Betten und wir mussten Die letzten zwei Nächte vor Abreise noch in eine andere Unterkunft. Von der Verwalterin wurde das bestätigt aber die Besitzer war sehr unfreundlich und hat alles abgestritten und hat uns keine Hilfe angeboten sie hat uns noch unterstellt das die Flöhe von uns waren. In allen Betten waren Flöhe .Auch von Fewo-direkt kam keine Hilfe. Nie wieder hier buchen.

Absolut erholsame 10 Tage

Wir hatten sehr schöne erholsame 10 Tage in dem tollen Haus / Grundstück. Der Kontakt mit Alexandra hier bzw. per Messenger hat immer sehr gut geklappt, eine freundliche Gastgeberin der es wichitg war, dass wir uns als Gäste wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist über eine sehr schmale (offizielle) Straße zu erreichen, Parkplatz neben dem Haus unter Olivenbäumen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Küche verfügt auch über alle wichtigen Sachen. Vom Pool (mit Basketballkorb) hat man einen gigantischen Blick über das ganze Tal, außerdem war noch eine Dartscheibe mit Pfeilen vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Außenküche ebenfalls voll funktionstüchig vorhanden. Es waren wirkich ganz tolle 10 Tage, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag absolut genossen, egal ob am Strand, beim Essen gehen, beim Sightseeing oder einfach nur beim Faulenzen am Haus, vielen Dank Alexandra!

Ruhig aber schön

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Der Privatpool und das große Haus laden zum Entspannen ein. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Anfahrt - die kurve Straße ins Tal scheint nie zu enden und das letzte Stück ist nur was für geübte Autofahrer. In der Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Man muss allerdings tierlieb sein, denn wir mussten/durften uns um 3 Katzen kümmern. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und den Griller haben wir gerne mehrmals benutzt. Der Pool ist etwas kühl, was aber an heißen Tagen nicht stört. Alexandra war immer hilfsbereit und verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub, wenn auch ziemlich mitten in den Bergen.

Sehr schöner Ort mit super Aussicht

Das Haus liegt in den Bergen und man hat eine super Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und das Flusstal. Die Anfahrt ist beim ersten Mal recht anspruchsvoll aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr schön, es gibt überall kleine Plätze, an denen man sich niederlassen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wir hatten viel Spaß. Dem Haus selber merkt man natürlich sein Alter an. Die Gastgeberin war immer zu erreichen und hat sich um alle Fragen gekümmert.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier absolut richtig! Das abgelegene Haus in toller Lage mit seiner schönen Gartenanlage und dem Pool ist bestens geeignet für Familien. Unsere Jungs hatten viel Freude mit den Katzen, die sie auch füttern durften und haben den Pool sogar bei Regen genutzt. Vom Pool und von den Terassen (es gibt mehrere schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück) hat man einen wunderbaren Blick ins Tal. Alexandra ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie hat uns Tipps gegeben und alle Fragen schnellst möglich beantwortet. Absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!

Wunderschöne Aussicht, kleines Haus

Wie sagt der Makler: Lage, Lage, Lage! Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, der Pool ist ausreichend groß, das Grundstück ein Abenteuerspielplatz und Gemüsegarten, deren Früchte die Mieter genießen dürfen, allerdings auch gießen sollten. Katzenliebhaber wird es freuen, dass 3 Katzen quasi zum Grundstück gehören und auch gerne gefüttert wollen (Futter wird durch die Vermieterin gestellt). Für kleine Kinder könnte es hier und da etwas gefährlich sein, da das Grundstück terrassenweise in den Hang gebaut ist, und der Pool ist nicht umzäunt. Leider hatten wir in der 2. Juli-Hälfte sehr(!) viele Wespen, die zeitweise das Essen draußen unmöglich machten. Zum Ende unseres Urlaubs wurde das aber besser. Das Haus ist recht klein: Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und das Bett nur 120 cm breit. Die anderen beiden sind geräumig und ok. Das Bad ist mini. Für 6 Personen insgesamt eher zu klein, für 4 optimal. Die Küche ist sehr schmal ausgestattet, der Fernseher ist alt und hatte kaum internationale Programme (wir haben aber auch keinen neuen Sendersuchlauf gemacht). Aber Fernsehen ist genug von der Terrasse ins Tal :-). Typisch für die alten Häuser in dieser Region ist ein leichter Modergeruch durch Schimmelbildung. Wer da empfindlich ist sollte vielleicht woanders hinfahren. Die Zufahrtsstraße kann in der Tat herausfordernd sein. Man sollte etwas Fahrpraxis im Gebirge mitbringen und sein Auto gut beherrschen (Rangieren in steilen Serpentinen, schmale Straße am Abgrund ohne Leitplanke). Die ganze Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, sowohl die Natur als auch die Bergdörfer mit ihren Irrgärten aus kleinen Gassen und Treppen, an deren Ende es meistens hinter der nächsten Ecke noch weiter geht. Mountainbiker und Wanderer kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Alexandra, die Vermieterin, ist super nett und sehr bemüht auf alle Anfragen schnell und ausgiebig zu antworten. Kurz: Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub unter der Sonne Liguriens!

Toller Ort/ Beautiful Place

Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, sauber und der Pool wundervoll. Highlight ist außerdem die Außenküche! Alexandra ist sehr nett, hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und konnte uns bei Rückfragen immer sofort helfen! Wir würden immer wieder dort hin fahren! The House is beautiful and the area absolutely stunning! It is tidy and calm, the pool Perfect for hot summer days. The outdoor Kirchenbau definitely been one of our highlights. Alexandra welcomed us very warmly and could help us out with anything we needed during our stay. We would love to Go back to that Place!

Wonderful and quiet house in the beautiful Liguria mountains

We had a wonderful time in this amazing house. The pool, the vista and the location are perfect for a relaxing stay away from the hectic everyday life. The house is very cosy and the host has taken care of all the nice details from the kitchen to the bedroom. Valle Argentina provides very beautiful villages and trails to explore, all a few minutes by car away. We stayed in the house and relaxed in the pool, the surroundings are quiet and you can occasionally catch a glimpse of some animal (including eagles and foxes). A must is to have dinner outdoors if you come in the summer. Overall highly recommended.
