This apartment, owned by Anda Homes S.L, has been redecorated to the highest standard by Woodbury Interiors of London throughout, with the mission to be one of the best holiday rentals, on one of the Costa del Sol's best beaches.
The three double bedrooms make it an ideal retreat for families or holidaying couples. The terrace offers outside dining with spectacular views as well as a chill out are for guest to be able to unwind.
There is AC throughout the property, and each bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan.
There is also fast fibre optic internet for guests needing to work while they are away.
The property has both Spanish and UK WiFi networks available.
There is a 50" Samsung the Frame TV in the sitting room and a 43" Samsung the Frame TV in the master bedroom. Due to how both TVs have been installed, there is no access to their HDMI ports to plug in personal items.

Our goal after a whirlwind 2-week tour through Andalucia was to just relax on the beach for a couple days and this was the perfect place. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with what we needed to prepare our food. The grocery store was literally right across the street. Our only complaint was there was only small partial rolls of toilet paper available - we had to buy more for our 2 night stay. An additional trash bag would have been helpful. All in all a great place on the beach.

Carvajal
Large well eqipt and comfortable apartment in a good location but needing some upgrade to justify the fees paid. As such not good value for money. Kitchen/toilet area not as clean or well maintained as I would expect including black mold in the shower and a stained toilet seat.
We enjoyed the location, close to the beach and lots of local restaurants plus one Italian (Mia's) within a few hundred yards, apartment was just as described if not better (dishwasher not listed but was in the kitchen) and exceptionally clean
If we fancied a wider variety of shops/ restaurants we caught the train (2 mins walk from the apartment) into Fuengirola centre for a few euros and then walked back to the apartment along the promenade passing loads of restaurants for all tastes (Under an hour walk back which we enjoyed)
Only slight negative would be the size of the car park, we had a Jeep Renegade which took a number of manoeuvres to park and would have been even harder if the car park was full
Overall an excellent stay
Das Apartment hat eine schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Wir haben es genossen Abends auf dem Balkon die Aussicht zu genießen. Die einzige Schwierigkeit war für uns das parken in der Parkgarage, die sehr eng ist. Aber in der Woche kann man an der Straße parken. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub.
We had a great time in this spacious comfortable flat. It really felt like home. Carvajal area is quite quiet and local. Not as many shops and restaurants as we would have liked, but can't beat the value of this flat. The view is incredible. Windows open at night with the sound of waves crashing sending us to sleep. Only draw-back is the slow unpredictable wi-fi but Rob was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
El apartamento es espectacular , excelente ubicación ,vistas maravillosas, la terraza es una maravilla , si le tengo que poner un peto sería la plaza de garaje que es un poco justa ( es cierto mi coche es grande) pero han sido unas estupendas vacaciones , repetiré seguro

Within 5 minutes walk in either direction there are numerous restaurants, including the Michelin Star guide Los Marinos Jose, La Cubana, Gecko Beach shack and more.
Should you wish to rent sunbeds on the beach , it is possible to do so right in front.
In the next door building there is a small supermarket.
Due to it's idyllic location a car is not necessary for holiday makers. Those with a car will be able to use the apartment's garage space. Out of peak season it is easy to find a space on the road.
Carvajal train station is a short walk away providing access to Fuengirola, Arroyo de la Miel, Torremolinos, Malaga airport and city centre.
Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive away.
The 'Reserva Del Higueron' Resort also provides a shuttle bus service which provides access to their luxurious resort. For an additional fee, they will allow guests to use their indoor/outdoor pools, gym, padel and tennis courts. Guests are able to purchase day/week passes directly from them.
