About this property

Charming Cotswold Country Cottage & Garden

Welcome to our much loved home, a stones throw from Bibury right in the heart of the Cotswolds . Our eco conscious approach to design means we’ve gone to great lengths to use natural lime wash, tadelakt renders and eco paints. We have organic cotton bedding, eco household products and toiletries. We’ve used natural fabrics and naturally crafted finishes throughout. Especially in our garden bathroom using cedar shingle, cedar slats and waney oak. Creating our little eco retreat in the Cotswolds. Please note: As this is our home, during the periods that we stay in the cottage, we bring our 2 cats to stay with us.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out tomorrow is at 11am. - Towels: please place all used towels, bath mats, hand & tea towels in 2 mesh bags found in utility room basket & leave on floor. Strip beds & place in there as well.
-Keys: please leave both sets of keys on the kitchen table and use the key in the lockbox to lock the door on departure. The code the same as when you checked in.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- please take shoes off when entering the cottage - recommend slippers for the ancient flagstone floors, it can be quite cool, no shoes upstairs
- please respect our neighbours and don’t have music on or be outside in the garden after 10pm
- 'no smoking' property inside and out. This includes Vaping and e-cigarettes. - This is our home, when we stay in the cottage, we bring our 2 cats.

We are Adrian and Anouska, we live in London. Adrian is originally from Canada and Anouska from Jersey Island. We've had Pear Tree Cottage since the 2021 and have lovely renovated this 400 year old Cotswold stone cottage. We love using traditional building techniques and materials to bring the out cottage features.
