Two-bedroom apartment with sea view, for holidays in Praia da Rocha, located in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped, just 50 metres from the beach and with a swimming pool.
Property comprises: 2 bedrooms, one room with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, air conditioning throughout the apartment (cold and hot), bathroom, MEO TV, FIBRE Internet and satellite TV, WI-FI, balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type: T2: 250 kWhs and 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Enjoyed our stay
We are Canadians who spent 33 nights in the Apartment Dubai. Loved it from the minute we walked through the door. Bright, clean, nice furniture, kitchen was well supplied with everything (utensils, dishes, pots etc) we needed to prepare meals, bed and sofa were comfortable, view was lovely, large tv, close to the beach but far enough not to hear the noise from the main street, secure building. We also purchased an excursion from Nuris2U at a discounted rate. Damage deposit was returned in a timely manner. Thank you Claudia for being so helpful before and during our stay. You are an excellent example of what great customer service looks like.
Parking. Not always easy to find a parking spot on the street.

Apartment as shown in photos
Condo was lovely, clean, well equipped and looked exactly like photos. Very close to beach and Main Street.
We found parking often challenging (mid Oct to mid November) and having dedicated parking would be extremely helpful. I also feel that the included electric and water are not realistic. We rarely used the air conditioner and were three environmentally minded retirees and still exceeded electric use and almost hit the water use quota.
I also found the information provided at booking confusing as in one place it said parking was included and in the same document it said it wasn’t. I don’t think I would have chosen this condo had I understood parking wasn’t including. Dates of pool season should be more clearly stated.

Localização, e as ótimas condições do apartamento, o acompanhamento da agência durante a estadia também merece destaque.
A meio da semana quanto vinham mudar as toalhas e fazer uma limpeza ligeira as senhoras chegaram por volta das 12:45 quanto estávamos no início do almoço, por isso a limpeza ficou sem efeito e ficamos só pela troca das toalhas. Fora isso foi tudo perfeito.recomendo

Otima Estadia
O apartamento é muito agradével. A decoração é fantástica e está muito bem equipado. A cozinha tem de tudo, muito prático o fato de ter tv na sala e nos 2 quartos. A localização é otima, o fato de estar na ª linha da praia é otimo, pois está a 2 minutos a pé da praia e não está em cima do barulho dos bares, cafés e restaurantes da marginal. Tem um mini mercado ao lado. Muito bom para familias com/sem crianças.
Hora de check-out. A saída do apartamento às 10h00 é demasiado cedo!
