Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Carolina Michaelis station and a 9-minute walk from Lapa station. This central location allows for easy access to public transportation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

We had a very good stay . The apartment was comfortable and good value for the money. One or two practical items were missing eg a corkscrew and a tea towel. More information would have been helpful especially how to control the electric cooker. The close location of the metro was a bonus .. particularly on the way back from town The major negative issue was the great difficulty we had on most occasions in actually opening the door from the street... either the key was worn or the lock itself On arrival with our luggage it took us nearly 20mins get it open... at other times up to 5 mins. I emailed/phoned the agent. Nothing seemed to be done We would return to and recommend this apartment to others …...if these issues were addressed particularly the problem with the lock
