Welcome to our home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer!

In this apartment, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably. There is also a private backyard garden with a patio on the property!

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the whole property!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Great location!

Walking distance from lots of restaurants, cafes, and Clerigos Tower, but not in a crowded or touristy area itself. Clean, quiet property with a nice backyard space and well-supplied kitchen. Check-in and check-out were easy and simple. A great experience all around!

Excellent stay

Location was perfect! Walking distance to a lot of iconic areas. Very nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment. (Only down side was shower head got a log of the bathroom very wet, given where it was installed and no door, just haft of a piece of glass) Loved everything else!

Beautiful place to stay

Really liked the apartment, it was comfortable and large and we liked having outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped. My only criticism was the shower head drops from the holder but other than that it was perfect.

We enjoyed the stay very much, we had to spend time in the apartment and it was comfortable The spaciousness of the apartment, the location, the beds very comfortable, the temperature comfortable. The kitchen was a delight. It needs a coat of paint. The toilets need a little renovation, the shower could improve the look of the floor. There is a granite wall in one bathroom that leaks.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Sie liegt direkt im Zentrum von Porto, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden kann. Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an einer Straße, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut, so dass nahezu kein Lärm in das obere Schlafzimmer dringt. Allerdings ist es im unteren Schlafzimmer etwas lauter, weil es im Souterrain liegt und nur ein kleines, nicht isoliertes Fenster hat.

Publicité mensongère et champignons dans la salle de bain

Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons tout d’abord été très choqués de la terrasse! À la place des jolis meubles et du parasol, mis en avant sur l’annonce, il y avait des meubles en plastiques sales, en mauvais état et aucun parasol. Ensuite, nous avons découvert avec horreur qu’il y avait des champignons dans la douche. Sans compter une chambre borgne et une chambre dont la fenêtre était inutilisable parce qu’elle donnait directement dans la rue. Bref, nous avons écrit pour nous plaindre, mais nous n’avons eu aucune réponse.

A notre arrivée, l’accès à l’immeuble et aux clés du logement est facile. L’endroit est spacieux, les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits sont confortables, la terrasse et la cour arrière sont très belles. Lors de notre premier repas, une des chaises de la table à diner était brisée. On écrit à Guest Ready (GY) et malgré quelques échanges courriels, rien n’a été fait. On n’a eu que 3 chaises de disponibles pour nos soupers durant notre séjour. On n’a même pas eu droit à une chaise pliante… Dans la chambre du bas, le store ne fonctionne pas. Pour la chambre du haut, certaines planches du plancher ne sont pas fixées correctement alors à chaque fois qu’on y marche, elles font un bruit comme si quelqu’un y marchait en talons hauts. Déplaisant. Les murs du logement ont plusieurs taches et quelques traces d’infiltration d’eau. Le plafond, au-dessus de l’ilôt de cuisine a reçu il y a quelque temps des éclaboussures de nourriture qui y sont toujours… Hiiiiiiiii Pour sa part, le divan-lit dégage une odeur de moisissure ; désagréable. Nous avons demandé à ce que les draps de nos lits soient remplacés. A notre retour, il n’y avait plus de drap dans le lit du rez de chaussé. Après quelques messages échangés avec GR, quelqu’un est venu nous porter des draps vers 22h30. Nous y sommes restés 7 nuits. Lorsqu’on passe une nuit ou deux, on ne s’arrête pas à ces choses mais après quelques jours, ça devient ennuyeux.
