Very accommodating and great on communication. The Apartment was huge, clean, super well equipped (especially the oversized kitchen. Easily walkable to all the main attractions. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It fit our family of 4 perfectly, and had enough space for times when we all wanted to hang together. The space was surprisingly large. The location was away from the touristy sections of the city. We found it to be quiet, yet a short walk to great restaurants and wine bars. The views from each side of the apartment were amazing. We had a quiet canal on one side and a picturesque balcony and bell tower view from the other side. Would 100% stay here again if we visit Venice in the future.

The apartment is little outside of the major attraction points which was good for us to get good res

The apartment is little outside of the major attraction points which was good for us to get good rest after a busy day of sightseeing. Still there are good restaurants and a gelato store near by for local residents and they are all excellent. The closest Vaporette station is Orto which is 5 minute walking distance and you can go to Murano and St. Marc’s square without any trouble.

Great choice for your Venice vacation

We started a two week+ European adventure at this lovely rental in Venice. Our flight into Venice was delayed and our luggage was lost for two days. The property management team, especially Nadia, stepped up and was so helpful. We arrived late but knew we would be able to get into the apartment because of the excellent communication throughout our travel day. The lost luggage claim required a local number, Nadia helped with coordinating the drop off and offered encouragement during the two day delay. The property itself is comfortable with plenty of room and very nicely appointed. We didn't choose to cook but it would have been easy to if we had, the kitchen had all the essentials. The location is great, easy walking to lots of the highlights of Venice and easy access to ferries, Gondolas and all forms of water transport if you want to go further afield. The immediate neighborhood is pretty quiet but just minutes walk to many restaurants and shops. Like most of the apartments in Venice there are a few flights of steps as described in the write up, we were not sure what to expect and were happy to find them completely manageable. The views are great, it's fun to canal and people watch from the apartment. I highly recommend this VRBO for your stay in Venice!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is very good in walking distance to many interesting parts of town. Management company was also very good, they allowed us to leave our bags at their office as we arrived in town before check-in.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is very good in walking distance to many interesting parts of town. Management company was also very good, they allowed us to leave our bags at their office as we arrived in town before check-in. There was a minor concern with the air conditioning And they provided a fan which worked out fine. The one inconsistency with the listing is a number of bedrooms. It is listed as a three bedroom apartment, however, the third bedroom is really the living room/dining area with a pull out sofa. Therefore, anyone wishing to relax while the third “bedroom”is in use, has nowhere to do so.

Good apartment, average service

Person who handed us keys was cold and unhelpful, simply said he didn't know when asked how to adjust heating for example. He offered no assistance to our family struggling with suitcases and babies (and back injury) up the multiple flights of stairs. When I provided feedback about this and mentioned about my question about the heating, the property host (or staff of the host company) did not bother to address my query and instead attacked me for my feedback and for bringing a baby and toddler whom I had forgotten to mention in my emails to them (sharing our bed). Never had any accommodation taking issue with small children who are simply occupying the same bed and room as parents. Either they were hoping to charge extra for the babies, or were going to disallow someone from booking the apartment simply because of baby sharing a bed? Fortunately I later contacted the third party local representative (not the same guy who passed us the keys), who was super helpful in sorting out the heating. Also the host required guests to empty out all rubbish from the apartment, according to Venice's strict sorting rules. We were also required to wash all dishes we had used. We've never ever stayed in an apartment with such absurd requirements as cleaning is always included as part of the rental price.
