Great Location with a lot of stairs

The Good: Great location, lots of space vs hotel! The not so good: Spiral staircases, broken washing machine, broken coffee machine, and bathroom smell!

Delightful

This was a first class experience from start to finish. About 1 minute walk to grocery store. Many restaurants and shops right out the front door. The people of Rome are superb hosts, and this property is the perfect jumping off point. If we get to come back to Rome, we'll check this place for openings first.

Elena war super! Unterkunft wird von airbnb verwaltet. Zwei Schlafzimmer, kein Parkplatz, 3 Schlafcouches im Gemeinschftsraum der klimatisiert ist und ein Bett direkt unter dem Dach wo keine Klimaanlagen vorhanden ist. Angabe für 9 Personen, es sind nur 7 Stühle vorhanden wobei zwei davon kaputt sind. Küche war ok. Sauberkeit der Fußböden unbefriedigend. Alles in allem hält das Objekt und der Vermieter nicht was er verspricht.

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación. A muy pocos metros de plaza de españa y de una parada de metro. Muchos restaurantes y un supermercado muy muy cerquita. El acceso al apartamento muchas escaleras. La vivienda muy amplia. Colchón de cama matrimonio hundido y algo incomodo. Y camas individuales son sofás un poco incomodos. Cocina perfecta con todo lo necesario. Utilizamos la mini azotea para disfrutar de un atardecer precioso. El check in fue un poco impreciso no sabiamos como debiamos de hacer y donde llamar. Elena fue muy amable. Gracias por todo. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos.
